There is a lot of graphic sexual violence and dialogue in this film. There are various scenes showing full frontal male and female nudity. There is also a scene in an S&M sex club which shows a few graphic gay sex scenes. Very real looking blowjob, Plenty of full frontal nudity. What seems to be a woman is being harrassed by men but the camera goes to her crotch area and she pulls her pants down showing she has a penis, a transvestite. While a man is being bashed to death with a fire extinguisher, many gay men are masturbating while watching this.

Extremely violent in a realistic manner, this film has just two violent scenes; a harrowing murder involving the use of a fire extinguisher to bludgeon a man's head in to the point where it caves in, in the same scene a mans arm is broken backwards is a very graphic way.

An extremely explicit ten minute anal rape scene. Includes the man bashing the woman very violently and taunting her using non-stop sexual talk and swearing. Definitley not one for the kids.

A lot of uses of very strong language and strong language. A lot of it is aggressively used during the rape scene, adding to it's impact. Plenty of strong sexual language during the S&M scene. Please note this film is subtitled.

Violent, vicious beating of a victim using fire extinguisher as well as minutes-long rape scene and shocking story revelation towards the ending add to the psychological intensity that some viewers may not be able to handle. Film emphasize repellent depiction of violence (physical and sexual) to convey the potent mood of raw emotions in committing inhumane acts that may be too intense for some viewers. In some cases the movie might psychologically scar viewers as a result of many intense and explict scenes.
