Never one to turn down an invite to host a festive celebration, Holly Madison tapped the Oktoberfest Keg at Hofbrauhaus in Las Vegas on Saturday night (October 8).
The former "Girls Next Door" star got into character as she joined a bevy of beauties in ushering in a month of fall-time fun in Sin City.
As pre the usual, Miss Madison announced her evening doings via her Twitter account, writing, "I'm at Hofbrau House tappin' the keg!"
Finally getting a little rest, the Playboy beauty was back to her usual Vegas routine the following day, as she wrote on Saturday (October 9), "Busy day . . . Must nap to get energy back for Peepshow. I wish @JackAllTimeLow was here to sing Return to Innocence to me. Bahaha"...

Bullet dodged: The producers of American Idol may have genuinely believed that Enigma's "Return to Innocence" was an excellent choice for tonight's "inspirational songs" theme -- they did, after all, put it on their list of 77 pre-approved tracks -- or maybe they were just setting a trap to stop the surprising run of a contestant whose name rhymes with "Grim Bourbon." Either way, nobody took the bait, and the Bandzilla backup singers were not forced to break into full-fledged Gregorian chant mode. Whew. [Spoilers Ahead, west-coast readers, so don't say I didn't warn you!] Beyond the "Escape from Innocence" theme, we had good and bad news on the Idol stage tonight.

The Inspirational Song choices are available on iTunes, so we thought we'd offer some suggestions for the "American Idol" Top 7.
We will admit that the song list is rather weird -- some of the songs don't exactly strike us as "inspirational," plus you have to automatically discount certain songs. For example...
The Idols should probably steer clear of the other Idol songs. Like "A Moment Like This" is the No. 1 Kelly Clarkson "Idol" moment, so we're not sure they should try that one. Doing other Idol hits is just a little too meta. We'd call that a big no-no.
Then there are the over-played barf-worthy songs like "Greatest Love of All" and "That's What Friends Are For." We'd advise steering clear of those too, especially since "Greatest Love" should just be retired after Cordelia Chase did it for the "Buffy" talent show. Then there are a few duets on the list,...

This just in from the suits at American Idol: Enigma's "Return to Innocence" is officially an "inspirational song." So is "Dream Weaver" (note the word "dream" in the title). As is "Livin' on a Prayer." (Gina works the diner all day, yo!) In other words, we've got to accept that there are some wiggity wack jams on the list of songs available to the season 9 top 7 for Idol Gives Back week (with guest mentor Alicia Keys). But all is not lost. I've perused the full list of 77 ditties, and there were enough hidden gems -- albeit not a whole...

They had a hit album and tour, experienced public romances and breakups and, in an unanticipated twist, earned some respect. They played -- a bit awkwardly -- with Stevie Wonder at the Grammy Awards. Rolling Stone magazine coordinated a surprisingly lively conversation between Nick Jonas, the band's main songwriter, and one of his idols, Elvis Costello. But "Jonas," the brothers' new Disney Channel sitcom, which begins Saturday, is a calculated, perhaps fearful step backward, a reclamation of innocence. Here Kevin, 21, Joe, 19, and Nick, 16, play the Lucas brothers, pop stars in retreat, trying to maintain normal lives at high school while fame rages just outside the door....
