This movie was shot over an extended period between 1990 to 1993, but for different reasons delayed over and over again in post production.
The idea for the film came when director Richard Holm, who then worked with marketing at SF (Swedish Filmindustry), received a Robocop-suit as promotion for RoboCop 2 (1990). He had just finished The Resurrection of Michael Myers Part 2 (1989) and thought, "We gotta use this in some film." Ten years later, the film was finished.
Brandon Lee: In 1992, he came to Sweden to promote Rapid Fire (1992). His host, director Richard Holm, asked Lee to make an appearance in this film, and he gladly agreed. Released in 2000, seven years after Lee's death, this movie was dedicated to him, in the last line in the end credits.
