• Factual errors: When Morgan is given his fake California ID, it shows a Blue and a Red Bar below the name and address. The Blue line is to denote a provisional license for those under 18 at the time of issuance, and the red bar is to denote what year the ID holder turns 21. Morgan is appears to be in his 30's, so there would be no colored bars on his ID.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: Morgan Sullivan's fake California Driver's License expires on 05-30-03. His birth date is listed as 08-13-65. An actual CDL would expire on the same day as the licensee's birth date. Even the cheapest of fake ID's wouldn't overlook this important point.
  
  

• Factual errors: SPOILER: Near the end when he's in Rooks/his office and he's looking around at the various things that start to remind him of who he is, he looks at the bottles of single malt whisky's. If you freeze frame on the 'Premium' bottle, it says that it's made in Scotland, but the word whisky is misspelled as whiskey, which is of course the Irish way of spelling it. You would never see the Irish spelling on any bottles of whisky manufactured in Scotland.
