Several bloody bodies are shown, and you get to see flashbacks of the murders.

A man is shown with a long stick in his eye, which gets pulled out while he's still alive. The stick is used to kill other men, and one time you get to see the murderer insert the stick into the victim's eye.

Several F-words and other profanities are used.

A man listenes to taped psychological sessions with a female mental patient several times. The patient is schizophrenic and her personalities speaks in various ways that may be scary. One of her personalities also tells a frightening story which includes murders.

Several scenes shot in a dark cellar creates a scary mood. One of the cellar scenes shows a man running and screaming through the cellar trying to get out before the lights go out.
