• Continuity: When Ellie and Joanie are arguing in the hallway at Ellie's office, first Joanie's hair is over her shoulder and her purse is on her arm. Then, no purse, and her hair is behind her shoulder. Next, hair is forward and purse is back on her arm.
  
  
• Audio/visual unsynchronized: When Joanie is heading toward Ellie at the office, she supposedly says something into the cell phone, but the audio doesn't match her words.
  
  
• Continuity: After Ellie has tasted Craig Kilborn's blood, she goes outside of the studio. She stops and looks at her hand, but she looks at her left hand for the pentagram. She should be looking at her right hand, as in the rest of the story that is where the symbol shows up.
  
  

• Continuity: The pentagrams on many characters' hands appear and disappear with each camera angle change.
  
  
• Continuity: Right before Bo shows up at Jimmy's house, Jimmy is about to eat a piece of raw meat. When he takes it out of the package it is thawed and pliable. When Zipper has the steak in his mouth it is stiff.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: At the car crash scene, when the werewolf pulls Becky out of the car, its snout and fangs bend in a very unrealistic way, revealing that the "wolf" is actually a rubber prop.
  
  
• Continuity: When Joanie is killed as a werewolf, she is lying flat on her back with her chest and hips visible to the camera. When the officers return to the scene, Joanie is now human but lying on her side with her back to the camera.
