- (PC and Dreamcast) There's implied gay sex in one part.
- (PS1) It's implied two men are gay but no sex or implimation of sex occurs.
Violence & Gore

- (PC and Dreamcast) Players can run over, beat up or shoot and kill pedestrians. Brief sprays of blood are seen when you shoot someone but you can use a cheat where you see a pool of blood when you kill someone.
- (PS1) Same as PC version but the "blood cheat" was deactivated.
Profanity

- (PC and Dreamcast) 4 uses of "fuck". One use of "twat". Other swears are used, the worst being "shit".
- (PS1) Only swear words that are found in Teen rated games.

- In the mission "Hot Dog Homicide!" The player takes a bus full of passengers and drops them off at a meatpacking plant, and turned into meat. You can hear their screams as they are butchered alive.
