There are two sex scenes, no nudity.

The language is strong throughout the whole movie.
Large amounts of smoking.Three tank drivers are doing drugs while driving their tank, one of them sticks a needle in his aim while smoking pot.Soldiers cook heroin for a living.Basically most of the moive's plot is about illegel drugs
The movie is intense at times. Like the main characters receiving death threats from drug dealers and from other people. Dealing with dangerus people, and being kidnapped and beaten in a violent way.
