Trivia:

Was first named "Halloween: The Homecoming" but producers wanted a title that said Michael Myers is alive so in Feburary 2002, the film was officially named "Halloween: Resurrection."

Goofs:

Continuity: When Michael is walking along the corridor to Laurie's room, the knife is clean. In the next shot of his hand, we see a blood-covered knife.

True Halloween fans be warned!

I have seen most of the Halloween movies in a theater,witnessing the highs and lows of the series,and this is the lowest it can get.Any kind of mythos that were created about the shape(aka Michael Myers) are flushed in this so-called Ressurection.

It is 3 0r 4 years after the events in H20 and we get a bunch of lame-ass survivor wannabees,going to broadcast a reality show from inside the myers house,not realising that the shape has come home on Halloween Night.On Halloween Night!No really.

After a good start in which Jamie Lee Curtis(again) shows up to fight the shape rather briefly,the movie gos downhill fast.Do any of these people have a tie with Michael? It sure is hinted at,but this never goes anywhere.It just turns into a routine slasher film.Did I mention Some of this is really,really corny.The way Michael came back is just really cheesy.It's right out of a soap opera and does alot of damage to the series.

The one good thing about Halloween 8 is Michael himself.This is the shape of old school and not the sublime shape we saw in H20.Kudos to the actor that played him this time.

I'll take the thorn storyline over this hack anytime.
