Own the rights?
Prior to its US cinematical release the movie got cut to receive a R-rating. Several scenes showing Vincent D'Onofrio dangling from numerous chains and masturbating on his already dead victim were cut. Those scenes were included in the European versions of this movie and can be found on the DVD releases in Germany or Britain as well.
