The film is so peculiar, starts great with the death scene and this woman who plans the murder of her husband. There is a lot of gratuitous violence in the beginning, but is perfect if you like it. The plot is something difficult to follow because it is very romped, but is very funny how it develops. The plot is something difficult to follow because it is very romped, but starts to be graceful as it is solved because you never really finish understanding it very well absolutely. In any case it assures you to spend a good time watching it or at least funny. although when it finishes you do not understand well what it happened.

I see this movie and is so funny, the death scene at the beginning is great. The Plot is about the wife of a dentist that investigates the murder of her husband that is a nice man who is involved with the mafia. He buys illegal things from them and the wife is unaware of his illegal activities. The murder is carried out by a serial killer who kills beautiful young girls. When you see the film, you are confused because it is difficult to follow since the plot very is entangled but the girls are very Pretty. For me this movie is very entertained and amused although it has to consider is low budget, but in any case you can spend a good time watching it, as I telling the plot was so complicated that It's hard to follow it, but it assures many laughter.

Disappointing low budgeted flick

Movie starts out decently with a woman plotting her husband's murder. The death scene is ok if you simply like violence, but after that the movie goes way downhill. An outlandish plot involves the killer freaking out and everybody chasing after them. Somehow the film manages to involve the mafia of all things in the mix, but I didn't quite get how. Things are very difficult to follow in Decay. The chicks weren't that hot, acting was generally poor, and the only recognizable "name" in the cast was Robert Z'Dar. I've seen him once or twice before and his turn as Turk here was nothing special.
