A man is killed with an axe. Instead of seeing an axe enter his head, there is his reaction before he is killed, a blood spray on the murderer's face, and his face in a pool of blood. When his body is being dragged out, it leaves a bloody trail.Various women's deaths are off screen but clear given the woman's head in the fridge, bedsheets covered in blood, the bodies hanging in the closet, and the bloody corpse on the bathroom floor.There is also a sequence in which a man confesses to an answering machine the people he has killed and some of the depraved acts he has performed.Also off-screen is the multilation of two prostitutes.
