Trivia:
During the scene where Matthew Lillard's character thinks that Darryl has suffered an over dose, his friends that follow him in the room suggest that he needs a shot of adrenaline to the heart. This is a reference to _Pulp Fiction (1993)_ where Mia Wallace (Uma Thurman) suffers an actual overdose and is given a shot of adrenaline to restart her heart. (Side note: this method would not actually work if someone suffered an actual overdose) more
Goofs:
Continuity: When Darryl is playing his first hockey game, the announcer says he is close to having a shutout. The play right after that he makes a save and they win. As they are celebrating on the ice, you can see the scoreboard says 4-1. more
Quotes:
Darryl: They killed my baby. He got involved with that whole east coast-west coast thing, and being that he is so Chicago they BOTH banged on him! more

I found this movie to be an okay comedy.I gotta say at first i didn't know what to think of it, I knew Marlon Waynes was in it and that was pretty much it.Well, I like the plot of the film because nobody but Marlon Waynes could pull this off, and it had entertaining and kinda funny parts. However I gotta say at times I really felt it was nothing special, and it felt a bit irritating and nerve racking sometimes. Also it got a bit boring towards the end, but having Matthew Lillard as a concerned roommate was pretty entertaining and somewhat humorous.Overall I think this movie is okay, I mean its nothing worthy of an award, but its somewhat enjoyable, and if you like this type of comedy you'll end up liking this. 6.7 out of 10 stars
