Is the Shadow Raiders unit a force with which to be reckoned during the first season of the Valor TV show on The CW? As we all know, the Nielsen ratings typically play a big role in determining whether the TV show Valor is cancelled or renewed for season two. Unfortunately, most of us do not live in Nielsen households. Because many viewers feel frustration when their viewing habits and opinions aren't considered, we'd like to offer you the chance to rate all the Valor season one episodes below. A CW military drama, Valor stars Christina Ochoa, Matt Barr, Charlie Barnett, Corbin Reid, W. Trè Davis, Nigel Thatch, and Melissa Roxburgh. The story centers on the Shadow Raiders, a crack unit of U.S. Army helicopter pilots. After Jimmy Kam (Davis) disappears during a top-secret mission to Somalia, the only safe...

Just hours after they wrapped work on this year’s Emmys, “Jimmy Kimmel Live” head writers Molly McNearney and Danny Ricker were already back at the office, crafting tonight’s regular show.
“We’re very tired,” McNearney told IndieWire on Monday morning. “We had material due at 8:30 this morning, for tonight’s monologue. We were still at the party at 3:30 in the morning. I kept looking at my phone going, “All right, material is due in five hours… Ok, now it’s due in four hours…”
Added Ricker: “I considered wearing sweat pants to work today.”
Though groggy, McNearney and Ricker were enthusiastic about the reaction to Sunday night’s awards telecast, and the generally high marks that Jimmy Kimmel received as host.
“I’m hyper critical of these things,” said McNearney, who is also married to Kimmel. “After Jimmy does anything, it sounds terrible, but I will evaluate and re-evaluate everything — ‘Oh,...

Melissa McCarthy just put on a show. The actress stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and fearlessly faced off against host Jimmy Fallon in an epic Lip Sync Battle. After Jimmy pretended to put on a brand new pair of roller skates to the classic, "Brand New Key," McCarthy went in a different direction by performing Dmx's "Gonna Give It To Ya." Fallon countered with Zayn's "Pillowtalk" with some help from a pillow on the floor, and while it was no Zayn making out with Gigi Hadid, it was definitely its own kind of sexy. Up next, McCarthy donned some safety goggles in order to properly take on some Disney. "I'm...

Jay Z blushing is something you don't see every day! Before performing with wife Beyoncé at his Tidal concert at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY, on Tuesday, the rapper stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live. During the rare interview, Jimmy managed to show him something he hadn't seen in a long time: his first televised rapping gig. In the short clip, a young Jay is seen rapping with two of his friends while wearing a red-and-white striped shirt. After Jimmy played the clip, Jay got visibly shy, saying, "That was embarrassing. Dear Mithun
Yours is a rags to riches story. You know the drill. You know how the industry functions. Moreover, you also know the business of film-making.
So it's rather surprising that you have failed to shape your son's career the way it should. Being a 'son' of the industry, [you know how nepotism works here] it is never difficult to break through. Mimoh did get that break easily. With Jimmy, his debut film, he did display that spark, thus justifying his presence in a film with the focus solely on him.
Subsequently, he has tried but failed. And now with last week's Ishqedarriyaan, he has once again shown the promise of 'getting there'. The film, too showed some promise, but Mahaakshay (or Mimoh please figure out one name for him, that's where the confusion is, I believe) maintained the tenor of his tone throughout. And that is something wonderful for an actor with a dead script.

Damn it, Ryan Murphy. You did it again. We thought last week’s episode of American Horror Story: Freak Show was too much to handle, but we were definitely wrong. Last night’s episode, aptly titled “Tupperware Party Massacre,” kicked it up several notches. And by “it,” we mean the blood-bathing, weirdly infantile, and over-gelled menace known as Dandy (Finn Wittrock).
So much next-level shit happened last night that needs to be addressed. Luckily, VH1 is here for you. Let’s start by breaking down Dandy’s most psychotic moments, shall we?
1. Dandy goes to Maggie Esmerelda (“Surprise, bitch!” empress) for some spiritual guidance.
Dandy was definitely the star (in the Mommie Dearest sense) of the most recent Freak Show hour. We start the episode with him seeking advice from supreme fake fortune teller Maggie about his lady issues (i.e.: Bette and Dot got a whiff of his...

This is the best "Lip Flip" yet! Ricky Gervais stopped by "The Tonight Show" on Tuesday night, where he swapped mouths with Jimmy Fallon and had the late night host cracking up with his raunchy antics. The best part? It's hard to not feel a little disappointed in this week's episode of "American Horror Story: Freak Show" after last week's hour-and-a-half long season premiere, but not every day can be Halloween. (Okay, it can be, but it sure gets exhausting.)
Last week's extravaganza poured the foundation for the "Freak Show" world and introduced the major players, so it makes sense that "Massacres and Matinees" would take a step back to fill things out a bit and set various arcs in motion. It also handily sets up a number of rivalries and alliances that we'll see play out over the season (see below for a more detailed breakdown). Still, it can be a little trying to watch an episode that feels like it's just setting things up and giving us little tastes of what the writers are building towards. Although lots of stuff happens, watching this episode felt a little like treading water.

'American Idol' Top 3 interview: Candice Glover talks about hitting the right notes with 'Somewhere'
At the end of the "American Idol" Top 3 performances, Candice Glover wowed the judges with her rendition of "Somewhere" from "West Side Story." We talked to Candice after the show to find out her reaction to the stunning song.
Did you know that that last song would be such a great moment for you?
Candice Glover: I didn't, no. You know, you come from your hometown visit, you don't know these songs because they give it to you before you leave. But, of course, who would want to do that or who would want to do your hometown visit, right? So you come back and you're not prepared and everything, so during rehearsal I thought that I was going to suck at all three songs. But I'm definitely glad that that was a moment. I really enjoyed doing that song. That was my favorite one, if you could tell.

Tom and the audience started to laugh, and he said, "Actually, I do think I got her a food processor. I remember, I wrapped it in a house." Later, Jimmy invited Tom to take part in their water war skit, where Jimmy and celebrities do battle by trying to drench each other with water. Tom won the water war and earned the privilege of spraying Jimmy with a powerful water cannon.

Emmy season is fast approaching, but the only real anticipation this is making me feel is for season 3 of Boardwalk Empire. There hasn’t been a whole lot of news on my current favorite show since the season 2 finale this past fall, but now that they’re polishing up the little gold statues, we get to hear from the possible contenders of Boardwalk Empire.
Michael Pitt, who played Jimmy Darmody, is likely to get a nod for Lead Actor in a Drama Series, maybe even before Steve Buscemi, who has billing over him. Jimmy was the political gangster protégé of Buscemi’s character, Nucky Thompson, but Pitt certainly won’t be in contention against Buscemi for season 3. After Jimmy turned his back on Nucky at the end of season 1, he spent the majority of season 2 trying to oust Nucky from power. He got a bullet in the head for his...

The fourteenth episode of Boardwalk Empire is a busy one, centered around the growing conspiracy against Nucky and his imminent rally; a rally that is sure to be buttressed by his live-in girlfriend Margaret Schroeder. The episode takes its title “Ourselves Alone” from the correct English translation of “Sinn Fein,” the Irish revolutionary group that sends a dour-faced emissary to shill for monetary assistance from an embattled Nucky Thompson. Mistaken identity abounds as Nucky is released from jail, Jimmy heads to New York to “lay some ground work” for the planned takeover in Atlantic City bootlegging, and Chalky find himself in a revealing bottle episode.
Let’s start with the scenes involving the Commodore, Eli and his ward bosses. The conspiracy is now well afoot, and every one of the Ward Bosses – save for Damien – is on board. They meet with the Commodore, who has dyed his hair and mustache to look younger.

Miley Cyrus isn't afraid of looking goofy on TV. The former Disney star visited "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" on Thursday night, March 3 in New York, and tried on some of the mustaches host Jimmy Fallon prepared for her during the course of the interview for a good laugh.
After Jimmy quizzed her about her obsession with the facial hair, the 18-year-old showed off her diamond necklace and said, "I have a diamond mustache with me at all times. I collect all kind of things with mustaches - pins, and mugs, and people." She then dug a box of fake mustaches the host has prepared and put some on her face.
Wearing a black gown with red ruffles and gorgeous black heels, Miley stopped by the late night show to promote her upcoming gig on "Saturday Night Live" this Saturday, March 5. The star of "The Last Song" has been tapped...

When I first finished this week's episode of Sons of Anarchy, I wanted to write about how I was once again disappointed. After a bit more thought, I realized that "Turas" had too many moments that either made me think or made me nervous to not be satisfied.
The first of these moments was when the boys began their gun running journey. There was a whole lot of anticipation building in me as they rode along the winding roads of Northern Ireland. When they got stopped by the cops at some border, things only got more intense.
Not fully aware of what Jimmy's, O'Neill's, or McGee's plan was for this trip, I didn't know what to expect as Clay and the boys tried to make there way through. Like McGee, I was surprised the cops let them through without a problem.

As fans of My Name Is Earl know all too well, the NBC sitcom was cancelled after four seasons. The Jason Lee TV show didn't get a true series finale and many people still want to know how the story ended.
Well, Greg Garcia has a new show on Fox called Raising Hope. The tone of the show is reminiscent of Earl in some ways and Garcia even included a shout out to his old NBC show in the pilot episode.
It comes midway through the episode. After Jimmy (Lucas Neff) and his family learn that his new "girlfriend" is a serial killer, the news anchor teases the next story. He says, "In lighter news, a small-time crook with a long list of wrongs he was making amends for has finally finished, and you'll never guess how it ended..." Of course, the TV...
