The content of this page was created directly by users and has not been screened or verified by IMDb staff.
Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, that you instead use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

Sex & Nudity

Sha'uri is given to Daniel as a gift and she begins to disrobe, showing her bare back to the camera, but Daniel stops her.

Later, after expressing regret that Daniel "Didn't want her", it is implied they have intercourse.

Violence & Gore

Plenty of shooting, but it is mostly bloodless. Aliens attack a village from the air. There's a fistfight, and a nuclear bomb is detonated. One of Ra's bodyguards is "partially" teleported to Ra after a fist fight, his decapitated head is viewable for a second or two afterwards. When the nuclear explosion occurs, you see Ra's head slowly disintegrate.

Profanity

Several uses of Hell and Damn. O'Neil says that Daniel is "full of shit", another soldier calls Daniel a "son of a bitch", and O'Neil tells an alien to "Say hello to King Tut asshole".

A few of the characters smoke, including one who starts coughing when he does.

Several battles occur where people are shot and do not get up, can be a bit tense for younger children.

A unit of soldiers are attacked by Ra's guards in the pyramid, and it is very intense.

A big guard is torn up by a teleporter, and his bloodied remains are seen.
