Sex & Nudity

Imodest dressing & dancing

Hookers are shown in the streets

The Mask takes out of his pocket an used condom, and it is shown briefly (as far I remember, this scene is cut out in PG version)

Violence & Gore

A man is crushed by a tree

A man is shot in the stomach and we see the aftermath of what happened to him, some blood invovled, he ultimately dies

Several men is shot and killed in a nightclub shootout

Dorian and Stanley get into a fight

There's a lot of comic violence involved, too

Profanity

3 "Son of a bitch"s, multible uses of the word, "Damnit"s and 3 "Oh my God!"s

In almost every scene somone is holding a ciggerette

Some drinking

The ending could be a bit frightening and suspenseful .

The scenes where the main character and puts on and off the Mask are a bit intense for younger viewers.

Dorian with the mask can be very scary to the young and the easily disturbed
