All original cast members who appeared in Season 15 were listed in the credits with the current stars, not as guest appearances. Alex Kingston and Laura Innes also appeared in the opening credits to the series finale due to their roles in it. In the 2009 episode guest starring George Clooney and Julianna Margulies, Noah Wyle received top billing over both of them.

Goofs:

Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): Doctors and nurses frequently wear their stethoscopes backwards - with the binaural pointed toward the back of the head rather than the face - while listening to heart or lung sounds. In reality, this would not allow the listener to hear ANYTHING, as sound would be transmitted into the skin at the back of the outer ear rather than down the ear canal.

Excellent drama, incredibly thrilling.

It took me some time to get hooked by E.R.. It was only during the preparations for my exams that I discovered the daily reruns of E.R., and after some five episodes I decided to have my lunch break every day when E.R. was running.

I really love the show today, especially because of the strong, realistic characters and the thrilling action in the hospital (where time is always running low). I think this is one of the best TV series ever made. Though the newer seasons were a little worse than the first three ones (what a tragedy when Doctor Lewis left, sniff), it is still worth watching.
