- There is a scene with a man walking downstairs with a topless woman wearing tiny panties. She kisses him and he rubs her lower buttcheek. A few other women are shown topless or wearing revealing clothing.
- Women are often seen wearing only lingerie.
- During a party, women are shown topless and a man touches one's breast. Other women and make out with men.
- A woman unzips a man's pants zipper and briefly presses her hand inside before applying cocaine down his stomach to snort/lick it off while another man watches.
- While celebrating Frank's success at funding a hospital with drug money, his group is shown getting high and enjoying a pseudo-sexual orgy with one woman straddling a man while blowing cigarette smoke into another woman's mouth. A man and woman lick each other's lips and breathe into each other's mouths.
- A woman lies on a bed wearing only black underwear . Only her back and legs are shown.
- Jimmy Jump crudely states he will find a girl and "get (his) knob polished", implying oral sex.
- A man pretends to be kissing another man's wife at a wedding, attracting the ire of the husband to whom the prank is explained.

- A man and a woman are on the subway kissing. The man unbuttons the woman's jacket. She is not wearing a shirt or bra. There are closeup shots of him fondling her bare breast, touching his thumb to her nipple and cupping her breast in his palm. The scene goes on for a while.
- There is a scene in the movie where several characters are dancing. A few of the women are not wearing tops and their breasts are completely exposed while they are dancing. All of the men are fully clothed. In one couple, the man is shown fondling her chest area. A man is kissing two women.
Violence & Gore

- A woman is shot point blank in her stomach in a struggle with man over a revolver. Bloody spray is shown from her back as she falls on the bed and and dies.
- The level of violence is similar to that in Scarface (1983), but with a lower body count.
- During a car chase a cop disguised as a gang member grabs onto Frank's fleeing car. Frank rams the cop into a fire-hydrant, smashing his head. A jet of blood is shown as well as the mangled corpse wedged into the hydrant.
- Frank is ambushed and his girlfriend is shot by a man with a machine-gun, causing bloody spray to elicit from her body as she shields Frank. While the man is reloading, Frank shoots the man in the head and a piece of the man's skull is briefly shown wafting off from impact.
- Jimmy Jump gets shot twice by a police officer (blood sprays from his wounds graphically) then he is shot in the head (no blood)
- A man in a phone booth is brutally shot down with many shots with bloody results
- During a heroin deal many people are shot dead with bloody results
- Several thugs are about to mug Frank but he reveals his gun and urges them not to do so
- Frank shoots a mob boss dead with many shots
- Frank punches a police officer
- Jimmy Jump resists arrest and he is slapped on the head
- In a part of Chinatown a gun battle breaks out between Franks men and the Chinese triads. Many triads are shot dead
- In a nightclub a gun battle breaks out and many people are shot dead with bloody results, this continues in a long car chase and in the end several main characters are dead
- A man who's betrayed Frank is killed (not seen, only heard)
- Frank shoots another character point-blank in the face with a sawed=off shotgun, practically decapitating him. The scene is brief and all that is shown is his blood spattering the windshield and the surrounding car windows shattering from the blast.
- A high-ranking police officer are chasing Frank in a foot-chase and it culminates in a train where that officer is killed by Frank and struggles for nearly a full minute before painfully dying of his wounds.
Profanity

- 'Damn' is said many times.
- Slang words for both male and female genitals are said.
- Racial slurs including the n-word are said.
- Strong language (90+ fucks) along with many other profanities like shit, damn etc. and a few slang words for both male and femal genitials.
- Lyrics within a song played in the film contain homophobic language. However, the work as a whole does not condone discriminatory attitudes or promote homophobic behavior.

- The whole nature of this movie is dark and intense. Almost no light scenes. Very disturbing movie at times.
