• Continuity: During the chase scene at the end of the movie, Switcher's can be seen wearing white sneakers as he runs down a flight of stairs. But in the rest of the chase scene he is wearing the bowling shoes he has on during the rest of the movie.
  
  
• Continuity: Right after Hollywood tells Switcher that all the girl mannequins are gone. The following shot shows Switcher in the display window where Emmy was and there is still a girl mannequin in the display window.
  
  
• Continuity: Near the beginning of the movie, when Jonathan goes to pick up Roxie, he's wearing white shoes on his motorcycle, but the rest of the time he's wearing red shoes.
  
  

• Continuity: In the end chase scene at the department store, Roxie comes out of the storage room with the trolley of defective mannequins. You will notice at the back of the trolley as it comes out of the door a mannequin with both hands in the air and a purple outfit, it also has a head. In the very next scene as Roxie just enters the compactor room, look to the left and you will notice that that mannequin has switched to a headless mannequin and the arms are not in the same position, but it's still dressed in purple.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: When Jonathan Switcher attempts to play the store's magnificent organ; watch carefully as he isn't pressing down any of the keys.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: Obvious stunt driver on the motorcycle trying to escape from Felix and Richards.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: During the hang gliding scene, the strings are clearly visible holding it up.
  
  
• Factual errors: Emmy fires a nail-gun without depressing the safety mechanism on the front.
  
  
• Plot holes: Roxie and Armand give Mr. Wert pictures of Jonathan cavorting with Emmy in her swimsuit. Later, Mr. Wert hires Felix to break into the store and steal Emmy. He asks Felix if he's sure he can recognize the right mannequin. Now Roxie and Armand's pictures do not show Emmy's face, but you would think Mr. Wert might have offered them to Felix to help refresh his memory.
  
  
• Anachronisms: Both Hollywood's car and BJ's limo have front plates Pennsylvania has not used front plates since the 1950s.
