Firestarter is a horror film where the main character Charlie (Drew Barrymore) can telepathically start a fire. Many people are show to be on fire and burning.

A man is seen with bloodied eyes and blood running down his face.

There are several occasions where Andrew (David Keith) is seen with a nose bleed, because using his mind-bending powers make his nose bleed.

Charlie is poisoned and forced into the back of a van.

Andrew discovers his dead wife stuffed in a closet with a bloody rag stuffed in her mouth.

An old man is shot in the arm by government agents.

There is a close-up of a burning skull, one of Charlie's victims.

A man is karate-chopped in the face, causing his nose to bleed.

A postman is strangled with a rope by Rainbird.

Andrew and Charlie are shot with tranquilizer darts and knocked out.
