As Hayes and his crew stop Ben Pease in the streets of Samoa we see he is clearly surrounded. In fact people and Hayes' remaining crew cut off the escape route. However when Pease makes his escape away from Hayes, the crew and everyone that cut him off are standing to the sides of the road giving him a clear path.
When Nate is sailing away on the raft, the surviving native is shown topless as he waves goodbye. No injuries can be seen from either the front or behind, despite the character recently having been shot in the shoulder when the island was attacked.
Durring the final assault on Hayes and crew his sidekick "Mr. Blake" is shot rather graphically suggesting that he has been killed, Yet we saw him alive and well during the opening part of the wraparound narrative story set after these events.
When Pegleg shoots one of Pease's henchmen in the alley, the gun is pointed slightly to the right of the camera, but the henchman is standing just to the left of the camera.
When one of the tribesmen chasing Hayes at the beginning of the film falls onto the wooden spike, it goes all the way through him like a solid spike would. But as he wriggles in his death throes the spike coming out of his back wobbles slightly indicating it is a rubber prop attached to the back of the actor.
When Hayes' crew are running away from Pease at the sacrifice site, modern buildings can be seen in the background.
