• Crew or equipment visible: During the leopard autopsy scene, when Oliver is moving the "dead" cat from the wheeled cart to the autopsy table, he lets the cat's head bump down a little hard onto the metal table. Off camera you can hear someone say, "Easy!" as an admonishment to be more careful with the cat. This is most apparent in the DVD version.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: In the leopard autopsy, where a drugged live animal is used, the paws of the supposedly dead beast can be seen twitching.
  
  
• Incorrectly regarded as goofs: The straw in Irena's glass disappears and reappears between shots when she is in the bar with Alice. This may not be a goof because at the end of the scene, you see Irena holding the straw between her hands, which suggests that she has been playing with it throughout the scene.
  
  

• Continuity: Paul juggles with three balls. He throws the yellow one to Irena. She catches a blue one. Then he throws the yellow ball a second time.
  
  
• Continuity: During the scene where the panther is in the hooker's room and Oliver is cleaning the window on the outside of the building, there is no silhouette on the inside shot of the room visible.
  
  
• Continuity: When Irena is walking into the zoo, she walks behind a bench and onto the grass. But in the long shot, she stays on the path.
  
  
• Continuity: When Oliver ties Irena to the bed for her final transformation, there is a close shot of him cinching her hands together above her head. In the rest of the sequence, Irena's arms are spread open, tied to opposite corners of the bed.
  
  
• Continuity: In the scene where Alice introduces herself to Irena in the zoo's gift shop, Irena's hair has a perm that's not seen in any scene before or afterward.
  
  
• Continuity: During the scene where Irena and Oliver are having dinner at the seafood restaurant, Oliver offers Irena a sip of his beer. In the first shot (over Oliver's shoulder) the beer is half-full with the rest of the glass filled with froth. When the shot reverses as Irena declines the offer, all of the froth has disappeared.
