• Revealing mistakes: Visible wires pulling an actor through a window during the computer lab explosion.
  
  
• Continuity: A man's head explodes, causing gore to splatter onto the floor and table, yet when Revok is being lead by security past the table a second later, the area is completely free of gore.
  
  
• Crew or equipment visible: When Cameron Vale first visits Kim Obrist, before going up the stairs to meet her, some lighting equipment and the boom microphone is reflected in the glass door as it closes behind him.
  
  

• Audio/visual unsynchronized: Dieter Tautz cries out during Cameron's scanning of him, but his lips don't move.
  
  
• Audio/visual unsynchronized: When the security escort guard is ordering his driver to slow down, he says "I'm going to kill you if you don't do it!". He is seen to mouth "stop" instead of "do it".

• Continuity: When Kim (Jennifer O'Neil) runs from her burning apartment, she suddenly is wearing a winter coat when she gets outside, a coat that she did not have on as she escaped from the flames.
