Fun Stuff

Trivia:
Rizzo's hickeys were real. Stockard Channing said in an interview that Jeff Conaway insisted on applying them himself. more
Goofs:
Continuity: In the beginning of "You're the One that I want" Danny Zuko falls down in the dirt and when he gets up his black shirt is dirty in the belly area. Also, Olivia Newton-John's character puts her dusty shoe on his shirt as well. Several scenes later, his shirt is clean again and remains clean for the rest of the song. more
Quotes:
[first lines]
Sandy: I'm going back to Australia; I might never see you again.
Danny: Don't... don't talk that way, Sandy.
Sandy: But it's true! I've just had the best summer of my life, and now I have to go away. It isn't fair.
[Danny starts kissing her]
Sandy: Danny, don't spoil it!
Danny: It's not spoiling it, Sandy, it's only making it better.
Sandy: Danny... is this the end?
Danny: Of course not; it's only the beginning.

The best musical of all time!, 4 October 1999
Author: Adriane (adriane7@mindspring.com) from chandler, az

No other musical beats this one! The cast is perfect, and it is very funny as well. Travolta is still a babe. Watching this movie, you will be singing the songs with everybody. Fun cast, great songs and appeal still make this a great film today. Grease is still the word!
