• Continuity: When Logan and Jessica swim back into the city and pull themselves up out of the water, Jessica's left palm does not have a life-clock on it. Nor does the palm of Logan's left hand. In the beginning scenes with the babies Logan holds his left hand to the glass and we see the red crystal on his palm for the first time.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: Early on, when Logan fires at the male red runner standing under the archway you can see pyrotechnic special effects props in position on the paved walkway.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: In one of the close-ups of Box, you can see his human lips (and his bottom row of teeth) inside the costume while he's talking.
  
  

• Continuity: Jessica's green stockings appear and disappear.
  
  
• Continuity: During the scenes in the city, Logan 5's hair is longer compared to his hair after he escapes and plans to re-enter the city.
  
  
• Crew or equipment visible: In the scene with "Box" in the ice cavern, the film crew can be glimpsed in the reflection of Box's metallic/mirrored body.
  
  
• Continuity: After Jessica's stolen bracelet is returned to her, and she places it on her wrist, it is never again seen in the movie. This goof is acknowledged by the director in the DVD commentary.
  
  
• Crew or equipment visible: Strings can be seen lifting the people in Carousel.
  
  
• Continuity: When the City's computer asks Logan to sit down, the large circular light directly above the interrogation chair is not lit. When it cuts to a shot behind Logan facing the screen, the lamp is on, but when it cuts back to Logan, the lamp is just lighting up.
  
  
• Crew or equipment visible: When Logan and Francis terminate the first runner near the start of the movie and the "clean up crew" comes to spray/disintegrate the body, the shadow of the wires that hold up the disintegration unit are visible on the wall.
  
  
• Continuity: When Logan shoots at Box in the ice cavern, he hits him twice, first low and then in the chest. However, his gun is pointed at the chest spot when the leg hit effect is fired, and vice versa.
  
  
• Continuity: When Francis jumps down from the balcony, he is obviously headed for a spot at least ten feet from where Logan is standing, but when the shot changes we see him landing directly on Logan.
  
  
• Continuity: When Logan and Jessica first go outside and see the sunrise, the sun is just above the horizon line, then high above it, then back to just above it again.
  
  
• Continuity: When Jessica takes off her green tunic to put on the fur, she has very low-cut dark green underwear. Later when she slips on the ice running from Box, she is wearing lighter-colored underwear.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: Toward the end of the film when the city is being destroyed we see a man fall from the 2nd floor. A lit mall "EXIT" sign can be seen behind him.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: At the end of the movie, when the whole domed city is falling apart, big blocks of concrete fall onto some people running in panic, but they just keep running.
  
  
• Audio/visual unsynchronized: When Logan and Jessica are running away from the New You, Jessica says "We'll have to go through the Love Shop", but her lips aren't moving.
  
  
• Continuity: When the dome city is destroyed and the Old Man sees the people emerging, he is standing by a small campfire. When the people surround him, several people are standing where the camp fire was originally burning.
  
  
• Continuity: When Logan and Jessica met up with the cubs, Billy, the cubs' leader is waving a makeshift knife around and you can see he has no lifeclock.
  
  
• Continuity: Everyone drops their robes to the floor to begin renewal. After everyone has left the floor, all the robes vanish.
  
  
• Continuity: The runner tries to evade Logan by climbing onto the balcony on the second floor. A few moments later, the runner jumps from the balcony on the third floor. He/they never went up another flight.
  
  
• Continuity: When Logan pins the runner against the wall, the camera angle shows Logan pointing his weapon at the runner. In the next shot, Logan is pointing his weapon out over the balcony.
  
  
• Continuity: The cut made by the laser on Logan's shirt runs straight up and down from shoulder to nipple. Later, after destroying Box the cut in the shirt runs from the base of the neck to his armpit at about a 45 degree angle.
  
  
• Continuity: When Logan and Jessica are walking down the roadway, her skirt is rather dirty especially along the hem line. A few scenes later, her top half is still filthy but her skirt is almost spotless.
  
  
• Continuity: When Logan and Francis are chasing the runner in the open-air lobby, the runner climbs up one floor and starts to clamber over the railing. As shown from below, the support column next to the place where he's climbing up is about flush with the railing. Then the shot changes and the runner is shown still clambering over the railing. However, now the support column extends a few feet back from the railing, and there's a large potted plant next to it that wasn't there before.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: Logan has a tear in his black shirt between his left nipple and left armpit. When they reach the grand hall and are climbing a staircase a long shot of him and Jessica show the tear on the opposite side - it looks as though the film was reversed for that shot (it goes back to the left side where it was originally from then on).
  
  
• Errors in geography: When they reach the outside world, and see the sun rise for the first time, the sun rises from bottom right to top left. The sun would only do this in the southern hemisphere. The film is clearly set in and around a post apocalyptic Washington DC. Interestingly magnetic north could change, but the direction in which the sun rises, is physically incapable of change.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: When Logan and Jessica are descending the stairs at the terraced water complex, the top of a tree is visible in the distance; yet in the previous wider shot, only terraced structures (a matte drawing) and the ocean (superimposed video) were visible from that angle.
  
  
• Plot holes: The city's calendar is apparently based on astrological signs rather than the standard months we use today. The film takes place during the "month" of Capricorn, which is during December and January of a standard year, when it would be bitterly cold outdoors in the Washington DC area. However, the outdoor weather in the film is obviously very mild. (It is possible, however, that the astrological "months" are used during different times of year, or that some type of massive catastrophe occurred that changed the climate.)
  
  
• Miscellaneous: At the end of the film when the old man waves to Logan and Jessica, one man in the crowd waves back at the old man and then slips in the "Vulcan Greeting".
  
  
• Continuity: When Logan first meets Jessica in his apartment, the level of his drink changes from full to half full and back after he takes a drink, but does not add any liquid to the glass.
  
  
• Continuity: The grey band on Logan's top disappears between the time he and Jessica get on the freight elevator to when they arrive in the ice cave.
  
  
• Continuity: Logan is seen taking off his top and wrapping himself in a fur in the ice cave. But when he sits down with Jessica, it is apparent that his pants have been taken off as well.
