When Paul Martin throws the knife into the cornfield, it is thrown away from the house. The small youth then picks up the knife and stabs Linda from behind. This is not possible, as the knife is behind Paul Martin and the small youth would be in full view of Linda as he picked up the knife. He would then have to run round behind Linda in full view and stab her.
When Martin picks Linda up from the station, the place where he parks the car is different to where it is when viewed from the pedestrian bridge.
When Paul arrives at the railway station, his arrival coincides with the departure of a train from the nearside track. Three seconds later a camera shot shows a second train travelling in the same direction on the same track. Another 15 seconds later, a third train follows the second on the same track. Trains would not run on the same track with such small stopping distances.
When Linda is typing the story, she spells people as "poeple".
Near the beginning when the older woman is spraying plants in the greenhouse, the tip of a microphone is visible in the doorway. It withdraws just as she is about to leave the greenhouse.
