I had heard of a band called Astro Zombies and did a search and pulled up this movie. Thought it looked like a pretty good cult movie, and so I special ordered it for a movie night I had recently. Got it early and even waited until the night of the party. We cracked up throughout the whole movie. The plot would be a good idea, they just didn't go through with it too great, and the sound wasn't good, even on DVD. During the talking scenes I kept spacing out, it was kind of boring, but the cheesy "gore" scenes made up for it. And what is with those robots at the beginning? That was hilarious. If you like cheesy B-movies, this would be good for you. Just be warned, the Astro Zombies aren't in this as much as you'd expect.
