Brannon's horse is shot and killed before he meets up with the wagon train. When the wagon train asks Brannon to leave he gets on the horse he has been using while with the wagon train. Its not clear how he acquired a horse and how the wagon train would possibly have one to spare.
During the fight that ensues in the corral at Bannon's and Bishop's first confrontation, Bannon hits Bishop into a hitching rail which breaks off. The end of one post is seen to be cleanly sawed off instead of splintered and broken off.
Close to the end of the movie it's supposed to be night time but yet when you see Joel McCrea, leave that room in the background, you can see that it's daytime.
