Renee, come on down — all the way to the floor! A contestant on “The Price Is Right” named Renee lost a battle with gravity during Wednesday’s episode while spinning The Big Wheel in a bid to enter the Showcase Showdown. Renee, who took to the “Price Is Right” stage rocking Drew Carrey-themed fingernails, took a big spin, then a big spill, heading butt-first to the floor from the force of her own efforts. Lego has partnered with the always fun, American Ninja Warrior, to introduce a brand new obstacle coming to the competition with a fun short film. Come inside to check it out!
I've long loved the Ninja Warrior competition and watched the original Japanese show religiously several years ago on G4, and during my college days. As such, the American Ninja Warrior show has been a must-watch in my house and it's something even my kids love sitting down to watch with me. We know all the favorites, they cheer for them when they compete, it's a hoot. So when Lego sent me the info on this cool short they've made, I knew I had to share it with you all:
Once again, Lego makes everything it touches even better. What I love most about this goofy video, however, is the popular competitors are all represented extraordinarily well! I was cracking up,...

Tina Fey, Kirk Baxter, Angus Wall, Bradley Cooper Bradley Cooper, Tina Fey, Oscar winners Kirk Baxter and Angus Wall Photo, Q&A Pt.1 Q. I happened to have a chance to talk to Jeff Cronenweth about this film earlier and he talked about the differences between The Social Network and this — and partly using the Swedish or Nordic palette, not only the landscape, but even the work of Swedish film artists like Sven Nykvist. So, the fact that this already exists as a foreign film and is literally — and sort of figuratively — a different language, did that affect the rhythms at all with the editing [when] compared to an American-based story like The Social Network? A. [Angus Wall] Well, luckily it's in English so we didn't have to deal with really foreign language, and I think the cadence of the actors is what it is. I mean, regardless of whether they have a Swedish bent or not,...

****Technically these are Spoilers, so fair warning****
December 1st, 2011 marked the day that developer Chair released Infinity Blade II, the highly anticipated sequel to the critically acclaimed Infinity Blade.
Coming in at just under 1Gb in size (the first game was around 600 Mb), this game is huge with a fully developed story line that will delight fans of the franchise.
At $6.99, it's pricey for an App Store title, so here are 10 new features in the game that make it totally worth it.
Cooler finishing move animations: One of the most glaring omissions from Infinity Blade was that you didn't get to see any throats slit. Not this time around.
Personal note: there's this one move where you jump up so your knee crashes into the enemies jaw, knocking them on their back and then you drive your weapon through their face. I like to call that one the "Farewell, my Concubine.

It was a winning day on 'The Price is Right' (weekdays, syndicated) as a contestant spins "The Big Wheel" and earns $1,000 and a bonus spin, which, despite the odds, nets her an additional $25,000.
But, the woman's good fortune seems to end there. During the Showcase, her bid is off by $24,421, while her opponent's bid misses the mark by a mere $72. This earns her rival both sets of prizes in a rare Double Showcase.

I have nothing against the Coen Brothers’ remake, but it doesn’t hold a candle to the original Ealing version of The Ladykillers (Lionsgate, Not Rated, Blu-Ray-$39.99 Srp), which has arrived in high-definition in a deluxe special edition featuring an introduction from Terry Gilliam. Not only that, its also go an audio commentary, featurettes, interviews, and the theatrical trailer. If you haven’t seen this film - See it.
