When Joe races back to his office from the board meeting after reading about the proposed championship bout in the newspaper, he opens the door to his office twice between shots.
Pendleton (as Farnsworth) hands the $25,000 check to Max, who takes it with his left hand. There's an edit to a slightly different angle, and the check now is in Max's right hand.
In Mr. Farnsworth's house, as he's being drowned, Joe rushes to Mr. Jordan, who is sitting on the piano bench, and exclaims, "How can you sit there when there's a guy being killed?" Jordan is looking down toward his right shoulder. There is a cut just as Joe says, "Why don't we call the police?", and Mr. Jordan's head is looking upward to Joe's face without having moved.
Just before Joe Pendleton and the messenger arrive at Joe's apartment, looking for his body, they pass a woman coming from the other direction. She moves her shoulder back and to the left to let Joe pass and also steals a quick glance at him. According to the messenger's comments just a moment later, neither he nor Joe can be seen or heard, so the woman should not have moved to let them pass or noticed them at all.
(at around 54 mins) Mr. Farnsworth (Joe Pendleton) says several words to others near him that are not present on the soundtrack, probably due to an editing error.
Although it makes sense for viewers not to be able to see the bullet wound in Murdock's chest because everything is seen from Joe's perspective, everyone else still sees Murdock and would instantly notice the bullet wound since he's bare-chested.
