Sex & Nudity

  • No nudity. Adultery is mentioned throughout the film. Plenty of sexual innuendo in dialogue. Woman is modestly shown in a bathtub (covered to the neck in soapsuds).

Violence & Gore

  • A feud between two women breaks out into a slapstick cat fight. One strikes the other, they tear at each others clothing, pull hair, kick, roll on the ground, and one bites the others leg, but all the action in the scene is comical and not actually violent.
  • A woman is locked in a closet against her will by a group of other women, but the scene is comical and is not actually violent.

Profanity

  • None. At the end of the movie, one woman alludes to the word "bitch" but never actually says it.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • No drugs. Main adult characters drink and smoke throughout the film.
  • A woman accuses a man of being drunk over the phone, but the man is not seen. The same man is described as drunk again later on but still isn't seen.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Young girl weeps when she finds out her parents are divorcing. It's a pretty intense scene for very small children.
