In the theater when Maurice takes Stella's right hand during the tender moments while the closing aria is being sung. There is a handkerchief in Stella's hand yet when she releases his hand out of our sight the handkerchief is missing as she goes into her purse for a new handkerchief.
The first time we see Maurice in his bed after the accident and his nurse goes to his side we see Maurice is lying neatly under the covers with his arms above the covers but straight to his side, hands clutched. In the next shot his pajamas and the bed covers are askew and he is nervously wringing his fingers as his hands rest on his chest.
Although the film is set in the UK, the plane Maurice flies has a registration number from the US - NC14264. In the UK the registration would start with the letters "K" or "G".
As Maurice helps Stella on with her wrap and they turn to exit the booth at the theater Maurice accidentally knocks his program off the booth ledge. Maurice is unaware his program falls down onto audience members below.
