Mrs. Perkins asks the Captain to come over and play some tunes for the old folks. His buddy or son, Homer, thinks the Captain thinks the latter has "a thing" for the lady. The two of them get dressed wade through a big snowstorm, and arrive at the old folks, er parrots, home. (Yeah, everyone is a parrot.)
He plays the violin and accordion at the same time, (the latter with his feat), Homer plays a bit and then Jasper (the Captain) sings a song. Then the group gets together and pigs out at the dinner table, followed by a square dance. That's it.
There is really nothing much to this and the laughs would only come from a small kid watching. It's cute in spots, but very juvenile in the humor department and precious little of t.
