Then, the fitness world got faster, harder, and way crazier, and Body Buds faded into obscurity. Until now. Body Buds is back and Tyler and Taylor have only one goal: to once again make Body Buds the most popular fitness segment on Canadian TV. It's not going to be easy. Tyler and Taylor are out of touch, out of shape, and they have a powerful enemy: Canada's reigning extreme fitness leader Shayne D. - When an old friend and former neighbor is getting married, the gang goes into full wedding mode, and for Jason, that's avoid the topic of marriage mode. Maggie has a meltdown when she has emcee duties thrust upon her at the last minute. And Mark's past with the bride puts a snag in his plans.
- Jason runs interference when Mark wants revenge on a guy (Jerry O'Connell) who humiliated him in college. Simon challenges Maggie to a day of not laughing at other people's misfortune just before volunteering her to help arrange the funeral for one of Bea's beloved cats.

- While playing paintball, four kids come across aliens Mem and Zen who mistake their paintball gear for warrior gear. They are then enlisted to save the earth by fighting the virus with battleballs that give them superpowers. The Supernoobs now have to learn how to use their new powers to fight a mashed potatoes virus that is destroying their school.
- Mem and Zen realize their mistake in picking the Noobs and want to take the battleballs back. In order to save themselves the Noobs must go to space to plead their case to the Benevolent Alliance and keep their battleballs. There they are tested individually and judged on their abilities to fight the virus.
- The Noobs discover that Mem and Zen have the power to transform themselves into people and imitate their voices. Tyler goes on a date with Amy Anderson to the new smoothie shop when an active yogurt culture smoothie becomes infected with the virus.
- Nervous that the virus could attack at any minute Kevin insists on wearing his battleball in school when it malfunctions and he gets stuck as a dog. Upon getting caught by the dog catcher and thrown in the pound the virus begins to infect the stray animals. The Noobs must find a way to free him from the pound before he is stuck that way forever while battling the Virus.
- A new strain, called the elimination virus is discovered that has the ability to infect a human without changing their appearance. In an attempt to destroy the Noobs, the virus infects the glee club and they must battle them in a sing and dance off in front of the whole school.
- Shope's parents are concerned about her performance in school and feel that the boys are bad influence. The Noobs sneak into the Galacticus cloaking room where the energy is transferred to Shope, making her invisible instead of the Galacticus. The boys have to keep Shope out of trouble until Mem and Zen can make her visible again.
- The Noobs turn to Mem and Zen to help them prepare for the upcoming school dance where a fire virus turns students into fire breathing dragons. In an effort to get closer to Amy, Tyler's plan to save her in his Supernoobs costume backfires when she falls for the super hero version of himself instead.
- During rehearsal for the school play where Roach plays a rocket, his battleball becomes activated by his love for the drama coach making him shoot off like a real rocket. Fearful that he will be mistaken for a real missile and shot down the Noobs must find a way to rescue him and bring him back down to Earth.
- When Tyler and Shope's guinea pig escapes from home ec class Kevin has to become a guinea pig to sit in while Tyler searches for the real one. Tyler and Roach then discover a virus that recently landed only to find the guinea pig has eaten several of them. Now they must conquer the virus beats and get the guinea pig back in its cage before the end of class.
- The Benevolent Alliance has come to inspect the Noobs battleballs, the only problem is they have misplaced them. Mem and Zen fake a virus attack to stall while the Noobs retrace their steps in order to find the battleballs before the leaders discover that they have lost them.
- Mem and Zen take the Noobs to space for the New Virus Warrior Convention and Recruiters Awards where they are not taken seriously and spend the time in their hotel room instead. Meanwhile at the Awards Ceremony, Count Venamus is set on spreading the virus to all the new recruits leaving only the Noobs uninfected to battle the virus.
