Born in Walnut Creek, California, Alice Greczyn grew up mainly in the mid-west until finally landing in Colorado. She had no idea that she would stumble into life as an actress. Starring in television shows and films had not even crossed her mind. Instead, her childhood goal was to compete as a figure skater. As she got a little older her focus shifted to more humanitarian purposes, which led her to attend college with plans of being a nurse or paramedic. That all changed when Greczyn was approached by a talent manager in Colorado, who then set her career in motion. Greczyn spends most of her off time traveling, whether it's to visit with family or visit places as far as Mongolia. Her true passion is cooking and exploring other cultures. Greczyn's stunning exotic beauty stems from a unique European-Asian blend of ethnicity.- Although Lani O'Grady retired from acting in the '80s to become a talent agent like her mother, she had long secured her place in the TV Land pantheon as Mary, the brainiac wannabe doctor in Eight Is Enough (1977)'s expansive Bradford brood. The dramedy, starring Dick Van Patten as a newspaper columnist and superdad, ran on ABC from 1977-1981. In addition to her four-year stint on the show and two late-'80s reunion specials, O'Grady racked up appearances on such other '70s tube staples as The Love Boat (1977), as well as TV movies like The Kid with the Broken Halo (1982), before leaving Hollywood.
She had been dogged by health and pill problems dating back to her Mary Bradford days. In a series of interviews in the 1990s, she admitted to having suffered panic attacks for the previous 20 years. Scores of doctors misdiagnosed her; to cope with the frequent anxiety episodes--sometimes she'd shake so badly she couldn't leave her dressing room to shoot a scene--she was fed a veritable pharmacy: Xanax, Valium and Librium. She became hooked on the pills and, eventually, alcohol, too. She went into rehab at least five times. By the mid-'90s she declared herself clean, thanks to an alternative-medicine regimen, and even went to work for her doctor as a recovery counselor. However, in 1998 she checked herself into the mental health ward of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles for detox. She had become hooked on a prescription drug called Ativan. While in Cedars she claimed she was sexually battered by a medical technician and sued the hospital. The suit was pending at the time of her death.
O'Grady came from a show-biz family. Her brother, Don Grady, was an original Mouseketeer and member of another notable TV family--he played Robbie on My Three Sons (1960). Her mother, Mary Grady, was an agent who represented several child actors. Born Lanita Rose Agrati on October 2, 1954, she changed her name once she landed her "Eight Is Enough" gig. Her first professional role came at the age of 13, when she made a brief appearance in the TV western The High Chaparral (1967). She died on September 25, 2001, at her home in Valencia, CA, just a week shy of her 47th birthday. - Actor

- Alkaio (al-KAY-oh) Thiele (theel) is a 14 year-old Greek-American performer from the San Francisco Bay Area who decided to professionally pursue acting at the age of twelve. Within three months of committing to the entertainment industry, Alkaio booked back-to-back feature film roles in HBO Max's "A Christmas Mystery" and festival award-winner "I'll Be There." The exceedingly positive experiences Alkaio had on set with cast and crews reaffirmed his desire to make a career of entertaining.
Alkaio's early success extended beyond the camera and into the mic once he began voicing Janner Wingfeather in the animated series, "The Wingfeather Saga," an adaptation of author Andrew Peterson's fantasy-adventure book series. His excitement for voice acting only grew when he booked subsequent roles in an animated feature film and one of the longest-running radio drama programs still in production, "Adventures in Odyssey." Alkaio was grateful to fulfill one of his lifelong childhood dreams of becoming a superhero when he began voicing Spidey/Peter Parker in season three of Disney Marvel's Spidey and His Amazing Friends. His musicality even helped him earn his first music credits with the series. Alkaio further diversified his voiceover resume with his work in a comedic Cartoon Network series slated for release in 2024. He continues to be thankful for the many talented audiobook narrators (most notably, Jim Dale) who he continues to listen to nightly, for his love of, and skill in, voiceover work.
Alkaio's high level of performative singing, dancing, and improvisation have afforded him numerous notable theatre credits. As Michael in Ogunquit Playhouse's "Elf, " he shared the stage with Steven Booth (Broadway's Tina: The Tina Turner Musical) and award-winning actress Diana Huey (Nat'l Tour: Disney's Little Mermaid), under director and choreographer Connor Ghallagher (Broadway's Beetlejuice). The Wallis Annenberg's multimedia concert experience "Love Actually Live" was an experience unlike any other in which Alkaio played the lovesick teen, Sam. He was honored to sing alongside a star-studded cast that included American Idol's Grace Kinstler, singer, songwriter, and actor Drew Seeley, AGT's Madison Baez, and The Voice's Chris Mann.
