Jolie "Due On August 19th"

More secret details of Angelina Jolie's pregnancy have been exposed by a Kung Fu Panda co-star - Dustin Hoffman has revealed the actress is due to give birth to twins on August 19. Speaking at the Cannes Film Festival, in France on the same day Jack Black - another co-star in the animated movie - accidentally confirmed Jolie is expecting twins, Hoffman has disclosed more information about what has become Hollywood's worst-kept secret. Today show's Natalie Morales reveals in an interview that has yet to be aired, Hoffman told her, "She is due on August 19th." The babies will be Jolie's fifth and sixth children, and her second and third biological kids with partner Brad Pitt. The couple has three adopted children, Maddox, Pax and Zahara, and their first natural child, Shiloh, will turn two this month.

Grant & Hurley Win Cash Payout Over Holiday Photos

Actor Hugh Grant and his ex-girlfriend Elizabeth Hurley have won $116,000 in damages for invasion of privacy, after they were photographed on holiday in a private resort in the Maldives. Grant, model Hurley and her businessman husband Arun Nayar filed suit against photo agencies Big Pictures (U.K.) Limited and Eliot Press SARL last year, when snaps of the trio on holiday were published in a number of British newspapers. Laura Tyler, the lawyer representing Grant, Hurley and Nayar, appeared at London's High Court on Thursday morning, when she told M.r Justice Eady that the pictures had been taken covertly and without her clients' knowledge. She also argued that the claimants had chosen the resort because it offered them complete privacy and seclusion. She told the court: "It has been most upsetting for the claimants to have their privacy invaded by these defendants." The photos were later printed in the News of the World and The Mail on Sunday newspapers, as well as a number of celebrity magazines. In addition to the cash for damages, the claimants will receive some money towards their legal costs from the two photo agencies, and agency bosses apologized for any distress their actions may have caused. Further contributions will also be made by the News of the World's publisher News Group Newspapers, and Associated Newspapers, which prints The Mail on Sunday.

Heche: "I Have No Money"

Actress Anne Heche has blamed the cancellation of TV series Men In Trees for her inability to pay child support. The star was granted a reprieve in the monthly payments of $14,978 to her ex-husband Coley Laffoon for their six-year-old son Homer. But Heche has been ordered by a judge to provide up-to-date income and expense information for the case - as she claims she also can no longer afford to pay Homer's school fees, the mortgage on her house in Canada where Men In Trees was filmed, the rent on her California home, and car expenses. In court papers, she says, "I am continuing to look for work, but I have no offers pending and the impending strike by the Screen Actors Guild reduces my prospects for work even further, Since January 18, 2008, I have been unemployed and had no income from employment except for one very short-term contract for a movie role for which I received a total of $65,000 approximately the amount I received for one episode of Men In Trees. I do receive some residuals from previous acting work. However, the amounts are nominal and are offset by recurring business expenses that must be paid whether or not I am working."

Berry Denies Engagement Rumors

Actress Halle Berry has denied rumors she is secretly engaged to long-term boyfriend Gabriel Aubry. The Die Another Day star sparked reports she is planning to marry the father of her baby daughter Nahla after she was spotted wearing a ring on her wedding finger. The actress was snapped at the Entertainment Industry Foundation's Revlon Run/Walk last weekend wearing the ring - which reportedly belonged to Aubry's grandmother. However, according to People.com, the jewelry was purchased by Berry, who vehemently denies it is anything more than a fashion accessory. A source tells the website, "It's not an engagement ring. Halle just saw it and thought it was beautiful so she bought it for herself." Berry and Aubrey have been dating since 2005.

Dunst Losing Battle With Alcohol Addiction?

Actress Kirsten Dunst has prompted speculation she is losing her battle with alcohol addiction just five weeks after leaving rehab, according to reports. The 26-year-old Marie Antoinette star was reportedly admitted to Cirque Lodge earlier this year after a wild week of partying at the Sundance Film Festival in Utah, prompting family and friends to seek intervention. But, during a break from filming while on location in New York to celebrate her birthday earlier this month, she was allegedly seen drinking and dancing with pals - including The Strokes' Fabrizio Moretti - at a local bar. A source tells U.S. magazine Star, "She got worse as the night went on. She started out pretty chilled, but hours later she was dancing and jumping like a crazed animal. She indulged in any guy who would have her attention. She also went up to several guys and started flirting with them hard-core. She was just completely out of it. It was obvious that whatever happened in rehab didn't stick."

Quaid Campaigns For Patients' Rights

Actor Dennis Quaid is calling on the U.S. government to preserve patients' rights to sue drug makers for injuries. The Smart People actor's twin babies had to fight for their lives last year when they were mistakenly given a near-fatal overdose of blood thinner Heparin, and Quaid insists the mishap could have been avoided if there was a better system of marking medicines. California regulators fined hospital bosses $25,000 after concluding the failure of staff at Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Medical Center to follow their own procedures resulted in incorrect doses of the drug being administered to Quaid's infants and other children. Quaid and his wife Kimberly Buffington have sued Baxter International Inc, the maker of the blood-thinning drug given to his twins On Wednesday, Quaid said victims of harm from medicines should be able to seek damages from manufacturers in state courts. He says, "I believe if preemption of lawsuits is allowed to prevail, it will basically make all of us, the public, uninformed and uncompensated lab rats."

Barton Moves To Paris

Actress Mischa Barton has escaped the temptations of Hollywood following her 2007 arrest for driving under the influence (DUI) - by moving to Paris, France. The former star of The OC was sentenced to three years' unsupervised probation in April, after she was arrested in Los Angeles last year for driving under the influence of alcohol, possessing marijuana and driving without a license. But Barton is now eager to leave her wild ways behind her, and has temporarily set up home in the French capital. And the 21-year-old admits she loves the close proximity Paris has to Cannes, where she is currently attending the Cannes Film Festival. She tells People.com, "I'm living in Paris right now, so I thought I would come down for a few days. I've been coming here since I was 12, so I know the deal. It's always good fun." Asked why she chose to relocate to Paris, she adds: "No reason. I've just always wanted to move there. I'm enjoying some time off."

Cyrus Drops The Controversy For Innocent Milk Ad

Embattled teen pop sensation Miley Cyrus has turned her back on controversy to appear in an innocent new Got Milk ad. The 15-year-old Hannah Montana star hit the headlines at the beginning of May after photos she posed provocatively for during a Vanity Fair magazine shoot were leaked online. Topless and wrapped in a satin sheet, Cyrus became a target of family groups who felt she was too young to make such a sexy statement. But her latest photo, for America's Body By Milk ad campaign, is anything but controversial. The wholesome star sports a milk moustache while posing in her dressing room, wearing jeans, cowboy boots and a white vest. Cyrus admits she jumped at the chance to become one of the Got Milk celebrities, stating, "I've got to keep fit so I drink milk."

Judge Delays Madonna's Adoption Hearing

A judge at Malawi's High Court has postponed Madonna's adoption hearing until next week. The pop superstar and her director husband Guy Ritchie's adoption of two-year-old David Banda was expected to be finalized on Thursday. But the judge overseeing the case has cancelled Thursday's court date in order to allow him more time to liaise with adoption officials. Madonna's lawyer, Alan Chinula, says, "We are finished with the proceedings today from our side, and the judge has decided to reserve his ruling on the case until next week because he has to review the recommendations from the Malawi Human Rights Commission on the adoption laws of Malawi." A new date for the court hearing - which Madonna and Ritchie are not required to attend - is due to be announced in the next few days. The judge's final ruling will end a 20-month long saga, since Madonna brought Banda back to the U.K. from a Malawian orphanage in October 2006, when he was just 13 months old.
