Pavlik Pravtchev: Actor, Writer, Director & Producer. Pavlik is a creator based in Toronto, Canada, and holds two Master's degrees: engineer in Telecommunications and Directing and Producing in theatre and film. He has vast experience across the board from Performing to Media Arts.
Just before the collapse of the communist regime in Bulgaria, Pavlik created one of the first private theatre companies named "Harlequin" and at the same time, he was a film director in the biggest state-own TV channel BNT( Bulgarian National Television).
Following the move to Canada, he became a consultant for the biggest theatre for a young audience - Young Peoples Theatre and then directed the 7-award nominee production "Whale".
Pavlik Pravtchev was teaching workshops for Commedia dell'arte, Masks, Clowning at the University of Toronto. Along with his directing work in 1995-2012 Pavlik founded Paravision International Inc., a Video Assist and 24Fps playback company in Toronto. In 2013 he became a director and producer in a BiT TV channel in Chicago, where he created three successful TV shows- Baba Yaga, Sports Arena, and Lifestyle. In 2015 he staged in Toronto a highly successful comedy "Defending the Caveman" which has run continuously for 3 seasons.
Currently, Pavlik works on an epic adventure he wrote entitled, "The Last Piece Of The Cross".
