It’s unfortunate, but most streaming shows (and movies for that matter) never get a physical release, but thankfully, Disney has been releasing some of their most popular Marvel and Star Wars shows on 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray. Following in the footsteps of Loki season 1, WandaVision, and the first two seasons of The Mandalorian, Disney announced today that they will be releasing collector’s editions of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Moon Knight, Andor, and Obi-Wan Kenobi on 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray. Hurray for physical media!

Last year, Disney+ started sending some of its original programming to physical media with limited edition SteelBook releases for the first two seasons of "The Mandalorian," as well as the Marvel Studios shows "WandaVision" and "Loki." This year, the House of Mouse will continue sending "Star Wars" and Marvel shows to 4K and Blu-ray with a whole new roster of SteelBook releases.
The Walt Disney Company has announced that the first season of "Andor" and the limited series run of "Obi-Wan Kenobi" are among the second wave of releases coming to physical media from Disney+. Interestingly enough, "Obi-Wan Kenobi" is referred to as the "complete series," which would seem to put a damper on any hopes that we might get a second season of the series with Ewan McGregor.
On top of that, the first seasons of both "Moon Knight" and "The Falcon and the Winter Soldier" will be arriving...

This Star Wars article contains spoilers.
The Star Wars universe has created some of the most terrifying villains in cinema and TV history. Dark Lords of the Sith can shoot lightning from their fingertips and strangle you from miles away through the Force. Cruel bounty hunters will kill anyone for the right price. Crime lords on lawless planets feed their prisoners to their big carnivorous pets.
Then there’s the Empire, a tyrannical galactic power inspired by real-world fascist ideologies, which is horrifying in both its aims and the way in which it executes them. The self-branded “New Order” has been the major antagonist throughout the Star Wars saga since its start in 1977 and has shown up in many different forms since, including as the Imperial Remnant in The Mandalorian (and tons of classic books and comics) and as a reborn Sith war machine in The Rise of Skywalker. This Star Wars: Andor review contains spoilers.
Star Wars: Andor Episode 4
Before 2016, the character of Mon Mothma was mostly the answer to a trivia question. Although she is ostensibly the leader of the entire Rebel Alliance, Mon Mothma doesn’t even appear until Return of the Jedi, and then, only for one scene, to explain the plan to kill the Emperor and destroy the second Death Star. We don’t see her during the Battle of Endor, and she doesn’t stop by for an Ewok hug in the end, either.
Still, as played by Caroline Blakiston, the character left a big impression, and for hardcore Star Wars fans in the 1990s, Mon Mothma was omnipresent in the various Expanded Universe novels and comic books. Yet, despite her brief appearance in the Prequel Trilogy, as played by Genevieve O’Reilly, it wasn’t until Rogue One that it really felt like...

[This story contains spoilers for Andor’s first three episodes, as well as mild references to episode four.]
Throughout the Star Wars franchise, the Imperial characters have mostly been black and white, but with Andor exploring two lesser-known branches of the Empire, Denise Gough and Kyle Soller believe that their characters will add a little more gray to the mix.
Gough’s character, Dedra Meero, who will be introduced in episode four, is a supervisor for the Imperial Security Bureau, and a small detail of the Cassian Andor case falls within her purview, leading her to spearhead an investigation. However, as one of only two women on the Isb’s leadership council, she faces some roadblocks along the way. But for Gough, it’s more than just a matter of gender.
“She sees these other lazy guys getting to have power that they don’t deserve to have. I don’t think she thinks of herself as being a woman in a man’s world.
