Generation creators Daniel and Ben Barnz have lined up their next show.

The potential series, like Max’s Generation, follows a group of teens as they navigate adolescence while finding a sense of belonging in their school’s marching band.
Rounding out the cast are Miguel Ángel Garcia (The Long Game, Promised Land) as star Axel; newcomer Lynley Eilers as his fiercely loyal best friend Sasha; Alex Fitzalan (The Society, The Wilds) as sexy Simon; Henry Hunter Hall (The Watcher, Hunters) as heartthrob drummer Evan. Hickey will play the band’s fearless leader Cole, while Adams is set as his right-hand Zadie.

Three years have gone by since it was announced that Edgar Wright was coming on board to direct a new take on the novel The Running Man, which was written by Stephen King under his Richard Bachman pen name. The Running Man was, of course, previously turned into a film back in 1987 that starred Arnold Schwarzenegger – and even though that movie was very different from the source material, Schwarzenegger is still a tough act to follow. But now we know who’s brave enough to take on the challenge. Paramount has announced that Edgar Wright’s The Running Man is set to star Glen Powell of Top Gun: Maverick!
Wright is producing the film with Nira Park and Simon Kinberg.
King’s novel has the following description: It was the ultimate death game in a nightmare future America. The year is 2025 and reality TV has grown to the point where...

Handsome man Glen Powell better get his sneakers on, because he's about to become "The Running Man." Powell will star in Edgar Wright's new adaptation of the Stephen King/Richard Bachman novel, as was announced today at CinemaCon, where we have boots on the ground in the form of our own Ryan Scott. Powell will play the lead character Ben Richards, a man living in a dystopian future where people desperate for money participate in a reality game show where they're hunted for sport. He'll also likely spend the movie looking very handsome and being very charming, because that's his whole thing.
Powell stole the show in "Top Gun: Maverick," and was recently seen in the surprisingly delightful rom-com "Anyone But You." Next, he'll appear in the "Twister" follow-up "Twisters" and the Richard Linklater comedy "Hit Man," which is headed to Netflix. Powell has been working for a while now,...

Hunter conflicts reach a new height in the latest episode of Solo Leveling in the most unexpected way, as our protagonist Jinwoo’s pursuit to become the strongest makes him acknowledge an unpleasant truth about himself. The series had emphasized the aspect of human potential for evil being greater than that of otherworldly threats, and once again, with the emotionally charged ninth episode titled “You’ve Been Hiding Your Skills,” viewers are reminded of that.
In the previous episode, Jinwoo accepted Jinho’s offer to partake in raids for the Yoojin guild, and the formation of a new guild started making a buzz around other established Hunter guilds. Unable to level up as much as he needs to for conquering the S-ranked dungeon, which holds the ‘Elixir of Life’, Jinwoo decides to participate in a new dungeon raid, where he meets fellow surviving Hunters from the Kartenon Temple incident, including Hunter Lee,...

After xix months of solitude on a spaceship, floating alone with no one to talk to, Astronaut Jakub Prochazka (Adam Sandler) has a bizarre encounter with an extraterrestrial (voiced by Paul Dano) in the trailer for Netflix’s Spaceman. Or is the spider-like creature merely a figment of his imagination?
“I really wanted to have a performance from him that had nothing to do with the Adam Sandler we all know,” said director Johan Renck (Chernobyl) to Netflix’s Tudum. “I don’t think people understand how [although] he may come across as funny and sweet and all that, he’s very intelligent, really smart, profound.”
The cast of the sci-fi drama, based on Jaroslav Kalfař’s Spaceman of Bohemia, includes Carey Mulligan (Maestro), Kunal Nayyar (Suspicion), Lena Olin (Hunters), and Isabella Rossellini (Julia). Colby Day adapted the book, and Channing Tatum, Reid Carolin, Peter Kiernan, Michael Parets, Tim Headington, Lia Buman,...

Hunters were on 158 for six when they were to go to the 19th over, with Atal, captaining the side, on 71 off 43 balls. Zazai was coming back to bowl his final over of the innings after conceding 31 runs and taking a wicket in his three overs.
Atal smashed the first ball of the over for a six, which was called a no-ball. Zazai then conceded five wides before Atal smashed another six off a free hit yet again. He then sent the next five balls for as many maximums to power his team past 200 and also reached his century off just 48 balls in the process.

[This interview was conducted prior to the SAG-AFTRA strike authorization.] Outlander‘s seventh season paves the way for America’s Revolutionary War, and on either side of the fight are Jamie Fraser (Sam Heughan) and his son William (Charles Vandervaart). The gravity of this situation has yet to be fully unveiled as Jamie and Claire (Caitriona Balfe) flee Fort Ticonderoga at the end of Episode 5, “Singapore,” just as William bids the Hunters farewell to take up arms with the red coats. The brewing battle isn’t entirely new to the Frasers, though. As viewers have seen over the years, the couple, comprised of a World War II combat nurse-turned-doctor and an 18th-century Highlander warrior, have gone through the Battle of Culloden together and, more recently, the Battle of Alamance, where they lost Jamie’s godfather, Murtaugh (Duncan Lacroix). (Credit: Starz) Now, Jamie could be approaching a battlefront manned by his biological son William who still...

[This interview was conducted prior to the SAG-AFTRA strike authorization.] Being the new kids on the loch with a hit show like Outlander could be intimidating. Not for Izzy Meikle-Small and Joey Phillips, who debuted in last week’s episode as peaceful Quaker siblings Rachel Hunter and her physician brother, Denzell. The actors say they received a warm welcome from stars Caitriona Balfe and Sam Heughan, who’ve played Claire and Jamie Fraser since the time travel romance first won our hearts in 2014. “They were like, ‘How’s it all going? We want to hear your experiences, is there anything we can help with?’ They’re great leaders on set,” Meikle-Small told us when we spoke with her and Phillips about the harrowing fifth episode. Like many on Outlander before them, the Hunters survived a brutal betrayal and attack that could have left both dead. And, also like many before them, they were saved by someone with...

The independent global spy agency—tasked to uphold the safety and security of all people—was destroyed by operatives of Manticore, a powerful syndicate manipulating the world from the shadows. With Citadel’s fall, elite agents Mason Kane and Nadia Sinh had their memories wiped as they narrowly escaped with their lives. They’ve remained hidden ever since, building new lives under new identities, unaware of their pasts. Until one night, when Mason is tracked down by his former Citadel colleague, Bernard Orlick, who desperately needs his help to prevent Manticore from establishing a new world order.

Prime Video’s big-budget new spy thriller Citadel has released its official trailer.
The drama is executive produced by the Russo Brothers (Avengers: Endgame) and showrunner David Weil (Hunters), and stars Richard Madden (Bodyguard) and Priyanka Chopra Jonas (Quantico).
The show’s trailer was previously announced to debut earlier this month, but then it was delayed following a train crash in Greece (the trailer includes an action sequence aboard a luxury train).
Citadel is conceived as a potential franchise starter: An Avengers-style global adventure where spies from several countries came together for the ultimate mission. Previously, The Hollywood Reporter detailed how Citadel‘s budget ballooned to more than $200 million for its seven episodes amid cost overruns and creative differences. The behind-the-scenes drama led to a round of pricey reshoots and writers Josh Appelbaum and Andre Nemec being replaced by Weil. The project follows the Russo Bros’ spy thriller Gray Man...

The following article contains spoilers for The Last of Us.
The fourth episode of The Last of Us had the unenviable task of following the series’ exceptional third episode, but it certainly proved to be the series’ most thrilling hour yet. It was also arguably the most “accurate” episode yet in terms of its relationship to the game. However, the episode did introduce at least one significant departure from the games in the form of Melanie Lynskey’s character, Kathleen.
Actually, Kathleen’s prominent role in an episode that included so many scenes, lines, and shots pulled directly from the game has left some fans wondering if they somehow forgot about Kathleen in The Last of Us or if she is playing an existing character under a different name.
Well, to cut right to the heart of this article, Kathleen is not in The Last of Us games. She’s...

It’s getting tricky over at The Winchesters! The CW has just confirmed that Supernatural alum Richard Speight Jr. is set to reprise his role as Loki on the eighth episode of the mothership’s prequel hit. As Spn fans know, Speight’s character is the Norse demigod and the original Trickster, described by the net’s release as being “as dangerous as he is wily.” Still sporting that “veneer of whimsy to mask his malevolence, Loki thrives on crooked games and sowing chaos — and Hunters are one of his favorite playthings.” Dean Buscher/The CW “Richard’s an old friend of mine, so it was a question of when, not if,” offers showrunner Robbie Thompson, who gives “total credit” to the show’s writers for finding a way to work Loki into the early Winchester lore. “I think it was in New Orleans actually when we were shooting Episode...

Everyone knows the story of Romeo and Juliet, but what about Romeo’s spurned lover, Rosaline? She’s been pushed to the side and forgotten about…until now. The new trailer for 20th Century Studios’ Rosaline tells the story of Romeo and Juliet from Rosaline’s point of view.
The trailer shows poor Rosaline is upset that her boyfriend is using the same lovely words to woo Juliet that he used on her just three days prior. Rosaline’s the one who’s supposed to be Romeo’s great love and future wife, yet Romeo doesn’t seem to care one iota that he’s so easily replaced her with her very own cousin. Damn the man.

Back in June, Starz announced two new cast members who will appear in Season 7 of Outlander.
Rachel and Denzell Hunter are siblings that have a Quaker background but wind up tending to William “Willie” Ransom (who will be portrayed by Charles Vandervaart in Season 7), according to the book series by Diana Gabaldon.
William is Jamie’s (Sam Heughan) illegitimate son to Geneva Dunsany (Hannah James), so, of course, this means the Hunters will come under the radar of Jamie and his wife, Claire (Caitriona Balfe) when Outlander returns.
This is all expected to play out as the threat of the American Revolutionary War looms.
As yet, only a few images of Rachel and Denzell have been seen after someone took photos of them onset so fans have not yet had a chance to really see the pair properly.
