Grimsby Town Football Club may not be owned by Hollywood superstars like Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney but they’re looking to rival the duo’s Wrexham AFC on TV screens.
Propagate International, the distribution division of Ben Silverman and Howard T. Owens’ production company, has taken the global rights to All Town Aren’t We, a three-part docuseries about the British football club.
The doc, which is produced by Shush Films, will cover the team’s 2021-2022 season, where they beat Wrexham in the semi-finals of the playoffs to achieve an instant return to the Football League.
While the team only finished sixth in the National League that season, they defeated Notts County in the quarter finals and Reynolds and McElhenney’s Wrexham on their way to beating Solihull Moors to win promotion to League Two.

Warning: this article contains mild spoilers for Three Day Millionaire
British heist comedy Three Day Millionaire just arrived on Netflix, and it’s certainly an entertaining watch. Part poignant Full Monty-style working class identity crisis, part Guy-Ritchie-esque geezer flick, it tells the story of a group of young trawlermen who lose everything when the Grimsby fishing industry finally folds, so they decide to pull off a daring robbery to secure the money they need to shore up their futures.
The convincing premise to this 2022 Britcom – starring Corrie’s James Burrows, Sam Glen (World’s End) and impressive newcomer Michael Kinsey – naturally makes us wonder how much of it is based on a true story.
The answer? Well, not the heist itself, at least.
But you might be surprised at some of the real details used in the film:
The Grimsby Fishing Industry Really Did Fold Overnight
‘You know, it really did die overnight,...

Exclusive: Wme has signed Brit rising talent Jack Spring for representation in the U.S.
Spring came onto the scene with debut feature film Destination: Dewsbury, a road-trip movie about four friends who travel to visit their high school pal before he dies. The filmmaker was 19 when he made the indie pic, which screened at the Beverly Hills and Newport Beach festivals in 2018.
Following that film, Spring now has his next feature, Three Day Millionaire, gearing up for production, and also has a project in development with a major Us studio, The Tour, which is another road-trip story based on his own experience driving across the U.S.
He continues to be managed by Larry Robinson at Los Angeles and London-based Avatar Entertainment.

Destination: Dewsbury is the story of four pals on a mission to see their dying friend one last time. Growing up in the ’80s they were inseparable, always causing mischief and throwing pranks left right and centre. They were like a dysfunctional little family. You had the leader, Frankie and then his right-hand man Adam (played by Scott and Sid’s Richard Mason). Then you had the nerd Peter, along with the court jesters Gaz and Smithy. It was never easy for the five of them, but life took its toll, school finished, and they slowly separated over time.
20 years later we find Peter (Matt Sheahan) in a bit of a pickle with work and with his wife. He’s sleeping in his car when he gets a visit from Richard (Maurice Byrne), the father of his dear old friend Frankie (Michael Linsey). It’s not good news – he’s dying.

You can’t beat a good ol’ British comedy for some rude and offensively crude hilarity. Welcome to ‘Destination: Dewsbury’ this year’s ‘Inbetweeners’, but just a tiny bit more insane.
It was made on a small budget, with an average crew age of 21, with irreverent, shockwave comedy that aims to fill the void in the UK comedy mainstream. With a touch of staple English sitcoms, iconic film comedies and a wild imagination, the film is a blend of exciting talent and tone. Director and co-writer Jack Spring sees the film as a “middle-aged version of The Inbetweeners. It’s got real heart and strikes a comedic and emotional chord with a huge spectrum of people; it’s a proper laugh-out-loud comedy that touches the heart”.
The film will have two premieres to mark its theatrical road trip – the first on Saturday 23rd February in its hometown of Dewsbury (Showcase...
