Daniel is an experienced filmmaker, Director and producer with over a decade of experience creating short films and docu-series. Daniel has spent years developing his storytelling skills and believes that this makes him successful in his professional career. Through his work as a photographer and filmmaker, Daniel has developed a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the power of visual storytelling. He is able to use the camera to capture not just images, but also the essence of a moment, bringing his audience along with him and ensuring that they are captivated by the story being told. Daniel is committed to using his experience to make a positive impact on the world, whether through documentary filmmaking or personal storytelling. . Bahari Producer, director and DOP. Bahari means Ocean or one who sails in Swahili, the language developed for Afro-Asian trade.

. Camera operator on Moving Giants, winner of Wildlife Conservation Film Festival 2020.
. Documenting National Geographic's Okavango Wilderness Project 2018
. Sailing and documenting the Flipflopi's first recycled plastic dhow, a maiden voyage from Lamu to Zanzibar and back.
Daniel strives to connect with others and create meaningful relationships based on a shared love of nature and the outdoors. He is passionate about filmmaking, Photography and creating content that captivates people. Daniel is experienced in the start-to-finish filmmaking process, from managing a crew to managing budgets and logistics. He is currently seeking his next opportunity where he can offer his decades of experience as a Director, Producer, DOP or Photographer.
