One Piece has a lot of unique powers but some of the most terrifying ones can even kill a Straw Hat with ease.
The series has introduced us to the revolutionary power system of devil fruits. These are fruit shaped objects, when consumed, grant powers to a person.
One Piece had many innovational devil fruit powers such as Luffy’s Gum Gum Fruit, Kaidou’s Fish Fish Fruit, Law’s Op Op Fruit, and many more. Each has unique powers and provides destructive strength to their particular users. Some of these Devil Fruits have the power to potentially obliterate one of the strongest pirates in the series with absolute ease.
But many of them didn’t get a chance to gain a spotlight despite being respectably powerful, such as Black Maria.

The General Mills Monster Cereals have been an annual staple of Halloween since the early 1970s, with Boo Berry, Franken Berry and Count Chocula coming back each year. And then there’s Fruit Brute and Yummy Mummy, two additional characters whose cereals have come and gone over the years. We haven’t gotten a new character since Yummy Mummy’s arrival back in 1988, but it looks like General Mills is finally adding fresh blood to the mix this year.
For the first time in 35 Years, General Mills is reportedly adding a brand new monster named Carmella Creeper to their roster of Monster Cereal icons this Halloween season!
The zombie-themed character will be the first female cereal monster in the history of the brand, and she brings a caramel apple-flavored, green-colored cereal into our lives.
Carmella Creeper looks to be a mix between a zombie and the Bride of Frankenstein, a...

"One Piece" is a sprawling franchise of nearly 25 years, kicking off with Eiichiro Oda's Weekly Shōnen Jump manga in July 1997 before getting a rollicking anime adaptation from Toei Animation. The manga series is known for breaking the World Guinness Record for most printed comic series by one author. "One Piece" follows the Straw Hat gang, lead by Monkey D. Luffy (Colleen Clinkenbeard), whose consumption of a Devil Fruit granted him awesome stretchy powers. Luffy is on a long quest to find the legendary One Piece treasure and claim the King of the Pirates throne.
Now "One Piece" is sailing toward its final arc just when you thought the voyage could go on forever in the endless sea. Commemorating the 1000th anime episode and sending signals of the end is another one of its theatrically released features, "One Piece Film: Red."

In the original incarnation of the anthology format, the idea was for various filmmakers to come together to try new tactics and experimentations in a format that won’t impact their normal careers that badly. With more examples than could be mentioned here gathering together several prominent creators into one package for viewers’ consumption, the gathering of Fruit Chan, Fung Chi-keung, and Wesley Hoi Ip Sang into the first installment is an intended upcoming franchise that’s screening at the Making Waves Film Festival.
Tales from the Occult is screening at Making Waves Navigators of Hong Kong Cinema Showcase

Another classy Chinese action thriller whose dazzling style seems to take place in a deliberate narrative void, Cliff Walkers (previously titled Impasse) marks leading Chinese director Zhang Yimou’s first foray into the espionage genre. Following on the heels of his censorship-plagued One Second, which was abruptly withdrawn from the 2019 Berlin Film Festival and only came out in China last November, the new film would seem to the naked eye to have nothing for the censors to object to; in fact, it is dedicated to “the heroes of the Revolution.” What foreign audiences will take away is not the negligible storyline but a visually entrancing parade of attractive actors in a pleasingly fluid spy-counterspy dance.
Though bound to make most of its millions domestically, aided by its well-known cast, Cliff Walkers is being released day-and-date in China and the U.S. on April 30. Having one big English-language co-production under his belt — the Matt Damon-starring,...
