One of the three young girls who fell from a Tennessee Ferris Wheel earlier this month is speaking out with her parents about the terrifying incident. Kayla Reynolds, 10, was sitting with her sister Briley, 6, and a 16-year-old girl in the basket of the Greene County Fair Ferris wheel on August 8 when the ride malfunctioned and the container overturned.
