Ersel Eren Ulutash was born in London in 1986. During his childhood, he would always be seen with a camera, filming anything he could constantly displaying his fascination for the cinema and the moving image. In 2007 he wrote and directed his first short film 'The Grime' while attending the New York Film Academy which won 2nd prize at the London Filmmakers Convention. Since then, Ersel has created corporate films for many companies around the world featuring on major networks globally. In 2014 he directed a film for Malaysian Television called 'The Magical Moudini' which was praised by the Malaysian press. In addition at the end of 2014 he became a Director at Cinepix London and in 2015 he unveiled his short film 'Dirty Back Seat' at film festivals internationally. Dirty Back Seat has won awards at Indiefest 2015, Hollywood Moving Pictures Festival 2016, international independent film awards 2016, and won Best Underground film at Arizona's Chandler film festival 2016 and Best Underground film at Hong Kong Arthouse Film Festival 2016.
