Stepping out for a special occasion, the British Royal Family attended services for Commonwealth Day at Westminster Abbey on Monday (March 14).
Escorting their grandmother Queen Elizabeth to the exclusive affair, Prince William and Prince Harry were dapper in their snazzy suits while William’s wife Kate Middleton garnered plenty of attention in her grey coat dress by Erdem and tiled grey hat by John Boyd.
During the festivities, royal commentator Robert Lacey told People, "Having William at the service is another way of explaining to others that here, in the House of Windsor, are the people they should turn to for future leadership and commitment.”
And in special message, the Queen declared, "Being inclusive and accepting diversity goes far deeper than accepting differences at face value and being tolerant. True celebration of the dignity of each person, and the value of their uniqueness and contribution, involves reaching out, recognizing and embracing their individual identity.

Princess Kate is a pro when it comes to dressing for special occasions, so for Monday’s Commonwealth Day service at Westminster Abbey, the stylish mom chose not only a Commonwealth-born designer in Erdem for her grey coat dress, but she also chose a hat with a nod to the past - it was designed by 90-year-old John Boyd, one of the late Princess Diana's go-to milliners in the 1980s. "She looks so chic and we are fantastically happy," Sarah Marshall, manager of the John Boyd boutique in London's Knightsbridge, tells People. The royal mom was seen entering the...

Where in the world is...Duchess Kate Middleton? The British royal arrived for the United Kingdom's Commonwealth Day while channeling the famed computer game character Carmen Sandiego in a wide-brimmed hat and matching coat, swapping in head-to-toe gray instead of the cartoon's signature fire-engine red. In a lace-embossed coat by Erdem and matching hat by John Boyd, the 34-year-old mom of two joined her husband Prince William and brother-in-law Prince Harry at a service in honor of the unofficial holiday held at Westminster Abbey. The day is meant to pay tribute to the network of 53 former territories of the British empire that currently remain within the Commonwealth of Nations....

(In addition to the U.K., there are 15 other countries in the group that hold the Queen as their Sovereign.) The presence of William, Kate and Harry shows "the importance of maintaining the Commonwealth link," experienced...

Booth will be facing a rough road ahead when Bones returns for season 10.
After being arrested for the murders of three FBI agents in the season finale, the upcoming season premiere will find Booth behind bars—an unfortunate place to be, considering most of his cellmates are convicts that he actually locked up there.
As evidenced by the poster above, getting Booth’s name cleared will be deadly. However, the unearthed remains of a long-dead man could point to the origin of the whole government conspiracy that landed Booth in jail. Will he be set free? Or will a new...

Ravenous
Directed by Antonia Bird
Written by Ted Griffin
Czech Republic, UK, and USA, 1999
“I said no food. I didn’t say there was nothing to eat.”
Director Antonia Bird’s Ravenous is a bizarre amalgamation of humor and horror that explores cannibalism with warped nuance. The strangely cacophonous score builds up tension as craven outcasts face a glutinous and depraved attacker whose strength seems fortified by his consumption of human flesh. Set during America’s westward expansion, the metaphor of humanity’s insatiable appetite for power is plain to see but its execution indulges in such eccentricities that it is still a gruesome pleasure to behold.
Captain John Boyd (Guy Pearce of Memento and L.A. Confidential) is a reluctant soldier who plays dead in a battle during the Mexican-American War and ends up at the bottom of a pile of corpses. The blood of his more heroic comrades...
