TNT have released new artwork and a new trailer for their eagerly anticipated series The Alienist, which is based on the Anthony Award-winning international bestseller by Caleb Carr. The Alienist has made two more additions to its cast. Robert Wisdom and Q'orianka Kilcher have joined the cast.
