Of the four remaining celebrities on “The Masked Singer,” the Rhino is the one we are most surprised to see in the semifinal on May 13. He is vying for one of three slots in the final against famous folk disguised as the Frog, Night Angel and Turtle. While the other contestants still standing are best known as singers in real life, the Rhino came to fame as an athlete.
Although the four judges got this right, they have been off base when it comes to guessing who the Rhino really is. We think we have his true identity figured out after watching all of his clues videos again as well as his performances.

The Rhino has rallied since he was almost eliminated on the April 1 episode of “The Masked Singer.” He is among the five contenders competing on the May 6 quarterfinal. The Rhino is coming off of his best week ever, with his cover of “Die a Happy Man” by Thomas Rhett earning him praise from the four judges.
The previous week he had done well with his version of “10,000 Hours” by Dan + Shay & Justin Bieber. Just prior to that had been when he faltered with his cover of “What a Man Gotta Do” by Jonas Brothers. His earlier performances of “Tracks of My Tears” by Smokey Robinson and the Miracles, “Nice to Meet Ya” by Niall Horan and “Have a Little Faith in Me” by John Hiatt were all much better suited to his voice.
We’ve been doing some digging to try and figure out who is hiding inside the Rhino costume.

Fans of The Rhino on “The Masked Singer” are thrilled that he has made it to the final six contenders who are competing on the April 29 episode. He has had a tough time getting this far in the competition, and was at risk of being eliminated in the Super 9 episode on April 1 following his performance of “What a Man Gotta Do” by Jonas Brothers. However, he rallied and nailed his cover of “10,000 Hours” by Dan + Shay & Justin Bieber last week.
We’ve been wondering who the famous fellow is inside the Rhino costume. So we’ve been watching those performances as well as his others to date: “Tracks of My Tears” by Smokey Robinson and the Miracles; “Nice to Meet Ya” by Niall Horan; and “Have a Little Faith in Me” by John Hiatt. The Rhino is “The Masked Singer” contestant who has shown the most growth over season 3. He contends for a slot in the top six in quarterfinal 2 on April 22. He is competing against the Banana, Frog and Kitty. All four were featured on the special sing-along episode on April 15. The Rhino chose two of his previous performances that showcase his versatility: “Nice to Meet Ya” by Niall Horan and “Tracks of My Tears” by Smokey Robinson and the Miracles.
We’ve rewatched those performances as well as his other two — “Have a Little Faith in Me.” by John Hiatt and “What a Man Gotta Do” by Jonas Brothers. And we’ve taken another look at his clues videos. We think that the four judges are on the right track with their theory that the Rhino is a professional athlete.
However, we are sure that they are wrong with their guesses that...

Last time we saw the Rhino on “The Masked Singer” he had just found out he numbered among the top 3 in Group C. On the April 1 episode, he returned, along with Astronaut and Night Angel, to face off against the best of both Groups A and B.
This Super 9 are fighting for their places in the quarter-finals. To do so, they must win over both the studio audience and four judges. Of the remaining contestants, the Rhino is the one who has shown the most improvement.
He started off shakily with his version of the John Hiatt hit “Have a Little Faith in Me.” He did a whole lot better with “Nice to Meet Ya” by Niall Horan. And he proved to be quite the showman with his take on “Tracks of My Tears” by Smokey Robinson & The Miracles.
We’ve watched all those performances again as well as the three clues videos.

Barry Zito just won his second World Series ring, but he'll need a new home to put it in.The San Francisco Giants pitcher is selling his North Bay home for nearly $11.5 million! The 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom, 7000+ square-foot home overlooks Phoenix Lake and has stunning views of Mt. Tamalpais. The scenic surroundings served as the backdrop for Barry's wedding to beauty queen Amber Seyer in 2011. Check out the photos below:Like other Bay Area residents, the long commute is necessitating the move. "Barry loves Marin and the house; he was married there," Barry's publicist told The Huffington Post. "But with the drive over the bridge all the way across town to the ballpark, it was just too much, especially with a new marriage."The asking price might seem steep, but it's a drop in the bucket for the 34-year-old baseball player, who has a $126 million contract with the Giants.Agent Marilyn Rich holds the listing.
