But who should get the third spot? It’s your choice, America —I simply can’t decide who deserves it more, Daris or Koli!
I’ve been a die-hard fan of The Biggest Loser since the show first premiered in 2004, but this is the first time my favorite two contestants have ever made it to the finals and I’m ecstatic! The only problem? When it comes to the third and final spot — which America chooses, incidentally — I can’t decide who I’m voting for! I’m totally torn between Koli and Daris!
Ashley Johnston, a 27-year-old spa manager, and 30-year-old DJ Michael Ventrella were the biggest boy and girl in NBC’s Biggest Loser history. They’ve worked their butts off to drop an obscene amount of weight (Ashley lost 161 pounds; Mike lost a whopping 227 pounds), so it’s fab they’ve made it to the finals.

Do you start diets with the best of intentions…only to give up days (or even hours) later? I do! But latest Biggest Loser castoff Drea told me how she’s stayed focused enough to shed some Serious poundage!
Andrea ‘Drea’ Hough weighed 298 pounds when she started The Biggest Loser: Couples in Sept. — and now, less than eight months later — she weighs 206 pounds.
Like all of us who start a diet with the focus of a ninja warrior but quickly lose motivation, the 24-year-old executive’s assistant couldn’t stick to a healthy lifestyle before she started the show. However, after spending months on the Loser ranch, she’s dropped nearly 100 pounds and told me how she finally broke free of the diet curse.
“That [was] the story of my life,” Drea assured me April 14 during a conference call for the show. “I would say that you have...

Shocking but true…Stephanie and co-star Sam Poueu fell in love on TV, but to give their romance a shot producers completely edited their romance off the show!
Stephanie Anderson may have lost her spot on The Biggest Loser: Couples March 30, but the latest castoff says that being given a shot at love has made her the happiest she’s even been in her life. Sounds like a winner to us!
“Sam and I formed a really great friendship that fell into ‘like,’ that fell into love,” the 29-year-old radio executive from West Hollywood, Calif. told reporters March 31, gushing about her first ever relationship with fellow contestant Sam Poueu, a 24-year-old football coach from Rohnert Park, Calif.
Although the love birds fell for each other almost immediately upon meeting at the ranch in Sept., producers edited their romance completely off the show — which is something we would have loved to witness!

We hear someone cheated on his diet….which we completely sympathize with, since we’ve done it ourselves so many times before!
On this week’s Biggest Loser: Couples, we said goodbye to Texas-native Lance Morgan just one month after his wife, Melissa, got was sent packing. Now that the husband-wife team are both back at home, Lance admits he and Melissa aren’t the best diet partners — sometimes they even let each other cheat!
“Well, we did enable each other one time,” the 38-year-old trucker told HollywoodLife.com March 24. “We both were craving Italian food, so instead of making something at the house, we went out and we shared a plate. We went in and had water and split the meal between us and left. We definitely enable each other a little bit, but it’s very well-controlled. it’s not like we go out and binge on donuts.

Can you imagine how liberating it would feel to lose nearly 100 pounds and start your life over at the age of 51?
Get ready to be inspired! The latest Biggest Loser: Couples castoff, Sherry Johnston, has lost nearly 100 hundred pounds since starting her weight loss journey at the ranch in September. The last “mom” of all the contestants to get the boot, Sherry shared that honoring her late husband was the motivation to get back into her 30-year-old size-five wedding dress.
“I think he would be absolutely delighted. I think he would be so proud of me,” the non-profit administrator from Knoxville, Tenn. told HollywoodLife.com March 17. “He tried to be healthy. Have You tried Jillian Michaels’ diet supplement before? Did they make you slim or are those stubborn pounds still packed on to your bod?
HollyNo-Shocker of the day — taking pills alone won’t make you lose weight! Um, duh.
However simplistic this may sound, one irate customer is suing the pants off of Biggest Loser trainer Jillian Michaels because her dietary supplement – Jillian Michaels’ Maximum Strength Calorie Control – didn’t help her lose any weight.
“Telling people you take two magic pills and then eat chocolate cake all day is a deception,” the customers’ lawyer said.
The woman wants Jillian’s product — whose slogan reads “two capsules before main meals and you lose weight…that’s it” — off the shelves…And $5 million for her struggles, naturally.
“Sadly, Michaels has decided to exploit her fame and goodwill by collaborating with Thin Care and Basic Research to promote a weight loss supplement...

Even though Biggest Loser trainers Bob and Jillian were positive Melissa Morgan was just playing the game instead of losing weight, she still denies it.
Personal trainers Jillian Michaels and Bob Harper were positive the latest Biggest Loser: Couples castoff Melissa Morgan wasn’t legitimately working to lose weight and was trying to throw the game so she could win the grand prize of $250,000. But she says that’s not the case at all.
“I was as real as real can be,” Melissa, a 39-year-old attorney from Aspermont, Texas, explained Feb. 10. “My heart was broken that they didn’t trust I was telling the truth.”
The notorious “game-player” from the Red Team started the show at 233 pounds and is now down to 175 pounds, but she repeatedly lost little weight while on the Biggest Loser campus, leading the other players and the trainers to think she was trying to manipulate the game.

Do you agree with the latest Loser to leave the ranch? He adamantly maintains that weight loss will come from a lifestyle change, not a crash diet.
Biggest Loser contestant John Crutchfield has some pretty controversial words for someone who’s appearing on a weight loss reality show. Says the Biggest Loser: Couples castoff: “Anything with the word diet in it doesn’t work.”
Come again, sir? Presumably dieting is a required part of the whole weight-loss journey thing.
“It’s just a joke,” the 30-year-old senior marketing manager explained exclusively to HollywoodLife.com. “Cutting out something completely – it will work short term, but it’s not a life style.”
John – who has lost 100 pounds since July – speaks from first-hand experience. Before competing on The Biggest Loser, the Orlando native had cut out carbs completely from his diet and dropped 160 pounds — and then gained 200 back. He started the show at 484 pounds.
