Aside from the "Hotel Transylvania" animated films, actor/comedian Adam Sandler's box-office performers of late have often left much to be desired.
"Pixels," "Blended" and "That's My Boy" all proved duds, but Sandler hopes to turn his luck around with his new Netflix Original film "The Ridiculous 6."
The first project in a four-film development deal Sandler signed for Netflix, the streaming service has now released the first poster and trailer for the Western comedy.
Luke Wilson, Terry Crews, Taylor Lautner, Jorge Garcia and Rob Schneider all star in the new film which will score a simultaneous release on the service across several territories from December 11th.

José Padron, now 70, was 36 years old when he arrived in Miami from Cuba in 1980, leaving behind a younger brother he hasn't seen for 34 years. "At the time, I didn't want to come to the United States," says the construction worker - who, with the announcement that diplomatic relations between Cuba and the United States will be restored, now finds himself looking optimistically homeward. As residents of the two countries both cheer and jeer the historic political shift, nowhere are the stories more personally felt than in Miami, the fast-beating heart of the Cuban exile community, and elsewhere in Florida. So, you’re about to get married to your ridiculously hot girlfriend, but you have pretty much no friends to make up your wedding party. What do you do? Well, in Wedding Ringer, Josh Gad (Frozen) seeks out the help of Best Man Inc. in an effort to not look like an oddball in the eyes of The Big Bang Theory’s Kaley Cuoco.
That’s where Kevin Hart’s Jimmy comes, as he, “provides Best Man services for guys who lack in such areas,” and it’s up to him to be the perfect best man and throw a killer wedding party.
When he’s tasked with assembling a group of seven groomsmen as well though, Jimmy finds himself overwhelmed and the groom to be is lumbered with a wedding party that he describes in the trailer below as looking like the cast of Goonies who have grown up to become rapists.

Comic Con hasn’t been strictly superheroes in a long, long time. We have scoured the schedule for this year’s event and have pulled out the dark, the bloody, the monstrous, and the ghostly panels that look to be right up FEARnet readers’s alley.
Paranormal Passion Panel
Authors discuss the inclusion of romantic elements in their action-packed novels. Protagonists must battle the forces of evil while trying to keep the world (and often their lovers) safe from destruction. Maryelizabeth Hart of Mysterious Galaxy leads a discussion with Comic-Con special guest Christine Feehan (The Dark Series), Claudia Gray (Spellcaster), Aprilynne Pike (Earthbound), Lauren Kate (The Fallen Novels), Kendare Blake (Antigoddess), and Magnus Flyte (City of Dark Magic).
