Los Angeles-based Raging Pictures has announced that Mickey Rourke has joined the cast of director Ara Paiaya’s Skin Traffik.
Skin Traffik is set in the world of human trafficking and prostitution, where a hit man seeks redemption in a brutal underworld.
The cast includes Daryl Hannah, Eric Roberts, Michael Madsen, Gary Daniels, Jeff Fahey, Dominique Swain and Alan Ford.
Raging Pictures principals Derek Chappell, Ron Russell and Paiaya will serve as executive producers. Production is underway in Los Angeles.

The International Animated Film Society (Asifa-Hollywood) has announced the nominees for the 40th Annie Awards also known as Animation's Highest Honor. Disney/Pixar led the nominees with "Brave," "Frankenweenie," and "Wreck-It-Ralph" getting Best Picture nods. New York's Obie Award-winning Epic Theatre Ensemble (Zak Berkman, Melissa Friedman, Ron Russell, Founding Executive Directors) is pleased to welcome acclaimed actor Kathleen Chalfant to the company of its upcoming Shakespeare Remix Macbeth, a product of the troupe's nationally acclaimed after-school program that was recently honored with the 2009 Coming Up Taller Award (Friedman and youth Remix participant Shana Brown traveled to Washington, D.C., for a White House ceremony hosted by First Lady Michelle Obama to accept the award).
